I frequent this 7-11, and every time I shop here in the afternoon, the short, brunette woman behind the counter treats me like garbage. Everyone else I’ve encountered has been lovely- notably the blond woman and tall gentleman.
Today, while explaining I would like to save my points, the brunette yelled at me to enter my zip code. I explained again that I wanted to save my points. She then got louder and, again, demanded my zip code. I think she finally understood what I said to her, to which she slammed her arms down.
Once my payment was processed, she ripped my receipt away and threw it in the garbage. I was so uncomfortable and wanted to leave, but I had to ask her to print me a receipt.
Once the transaction was complete, I wished her a good day. She rolled her eyes and shouted “next!”
This type of interaction is normal with her, and it’s time I said something about it since this is my neighborhood convenience store.

I recently had a family emergency and i had to leave town at 1:45 AM. I thought I would grab some coffee at my local 7-11 that I have been going to for over 10 years. The clerk working that night came outta the back adjusting his clothing and apologizing that there was absolutely no coffee.

The only plus is it was great to see a 711 that actually lets ppl use the bathroom, but the tall dude with a man bun needs a refresher on what it means to work in customer service. Behind the counter on his phone, he seemed inconvenienced by my asking what a price was on an item (bc last I checked the shelves should have tags, which is a task that could easily be attended to rather than being on your phone), and his demeanor towards customers could use some tweaking. No judgement if you dont enjoy doing the simplest of jobs, but really you could just stay home if you cant muster the effort to act human. ? Thats why I orefer now going across the street instead, where Im greeted and assisted like a person should be, really simple.

I have only put fuel here. It's a typical 7-11, but pulling in is a bit awkward due to the layout and I have never been able to get a receipt from the fuel pumps (always have to go inside). Their fuel always seems to be the same price as 2 of the 3 closest gas stations. The staff is friendly and they are always in a good mood.

I did a doordash order from this 7-11 and I received expired milk and then when I called to ask if I could come in to exchange it the guy on the phone with me was extremely rude and said I had 20mins to come or I wouldn't be allowed because he wouldn't notify the next associate coming in and I said ok well is it possible that I could get a refund or something and he said that I would have to do that through doordash and I said ok and then said that he didn't think the milk was really expired because the milk expires on December 2nd and today was December 2nd and I said I dont know why you need to be so rude and unhelpful and he said if I was going to talk like that he would hang up the phone and I said is there someone else I could speak with that could help me so I could come and get a different milk because I really needed the milk and then hung up on me. One of the rudest interactions I have dealt with and im a front end manager at a big retailer and his attitude could rival the entitled Karen's I deal with.

I go here almost everyday after work. Was asking a question about the hot foods and the "assistant manager" cuts me off and then tells me he doesn't need the attitude while having a attitude at me for getting upset for him cutting me off. That was in called for and not professional what so ever.

Excellent new 7 11 location. Very clean, 12 fuel / petrol pumps ConocoPhillips fuel. Use your 7 11 points card every visit. Free cash in store and fuel from points. Customer service employees are extremely friendly. Beautiful view of Pikes Peak, GofTG and front range!

Terrible place, the attendant was rude aloud someone she new to skip the line infront of an elderly man and then myself when I questioned it, she said I wouldn’t allow that, If the owner or Human Resource could watch how this attendant aloud this lady to skip this elderly man whom was waiting on his assigned wait here sticker but happy to allow a woman she seemed to know skip a line of 3 and she was happy to continue chatting well after her transaction was completed holding up the line even further for all of us to be part of there conversation hmmm Ok, If I where the owner I’d want to know so I could review the video, no need to trust my word please see for yourself and see the employee you have working for you,. Date and time I have referenced at the end, for owner to see with there own eyes if they care too. I’m was also surprised by the foul language that was not exchanged from my end but hers, WOW. I guess certain people matter but if your not on that list be prepared to deal with unreasonable people. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Tuesday June 30th between 1:30 pm and 1:45 pm.

The bearded guy working was on his phone the entire time I was in the store and acted like I inconvenienced his by bringing my items up to purchase.

Clean & well-organized store. The employees I've encountered are all polite. I love 7/11 for the fact that they have stuff no one else seems to ever have (different energy drink flavors, candy for my kids, etc.). I intentionally drive out of my way to visit this specific store instead of the one closest to me.
