This is honestly the best 711 in the state! They have the best slurpee offerings! Actually participate in national stuff that many other locations don't! They deserve this recognition for being tops!

Thank you for being open and having hydrogen peroxide. We called a dozen other places that were open over night but didn’t carry it

Smells are always bad in the store. The people who work there, especially mornings, are just rude. They have no pride in their location. It leaves you feeling dirty (floors are the worst) and has a very run-down exterior.

I do not recommend it, it is too expensive, how can it be that a bean burrito from seven and 4 mini wings are worth 19 dollars?

Will Not be coming back. Too many crack heads hanging out. I don’t feel safe there.

Guy working the counter sold me the wrong percentage of nicotine I asked for. Couldn’t exchange it for the right one even while I was still at the counter. I specifically asked for what I asked for, and this guy doesn’t do his job and makes sure it’s correct before ringing me up and holding onto said product until after I’m charged.

This is a very busy neighborhood 7-11 and I find it to be clean and well stocked. There are usually 2 cashiers at the busy rush time, which is a little surprising. The staff is generally friendly and helpful considering the high volume of traffic this store gets. They never fail to suggest a hot food item or special to their customer, which I like and fall for from time to time. They try their best to run a smooth and orderly operation while accommodating the customers. This is my neighborhood store and I've been coming here frequently for 4 years. I have never encountered any problems with the staff or merchandise. The store is well stocked on clean shelves with no dust on either products or shelves. There is an ATM with a max $200.00 per transaction. A little low for today's times. There is a Redbox out front for renting movies. The gas pumps are generally clean and there is always proper equipment to clean windows with disposable towels stocked. They have a good air machine to check your tires, and my only problem with that is my belief that if you purchase a certain amount of gas, the air should come free. There is something to be said about good service, and when you fill-up your car with gas, offering you free air to check tires for safety reason is just good service after paying such high prices for gas these days. It's a good value and would show that 7/11 cares about their customers well being and safety when they come in for a fill-up. Back in the day this service was always free, no matter where you got gas. I mean, their competition gives free air. Why not them? Wake-up corporate office! That said, all-in-all, I give this store 5 stars for being professionally staffed and operated. Good job guys.

This store is nasty they keep pizzas longer than they should, they never use gloves their pop machines flavors are always out and they don't care! The short dude Amerit likes to pick on the homeless and try and pick fights he always basically attacks you with the upsells even when you tell them you don't have the money this guy comes back harder than a crack head after a re up. Manny the owner likes to pretend he is professional yet he and his crew purposely take steps to cut corners. I recommend him and his family honestly be shut down his relative owns the west 30th store and a friend had worked there saying they will take contaminated cups and wash them and then proceed to place them out for sell!!!! Absolutely awful business owners. They will break sells laws for you tho and sell you hot food on EBT.

I will never come to this store again. They can't read the label on the shelf, the register, or money. I bought one can of dog food, that was the only item. First they tried to charge me for 2 items. I gave him a 10, he tried to say I only gave him a 5. The third time, they charged me 5 bucks, for a can of food that cost 2.99. that's 2 dollars of tax, on a 3 dollar item. What is that 80% tax ? I have bought a lot of dog food, and drink's there, but never again. They ripped me off, and tried it 3 times, until I was like, fine whatever, I gotta go. But never again. They lost me as a customer

Very nice and helpful with picking out a new flavor of candy and telling us of the sale so we saved money.

I just got kicked out by a lady who said my service dog wasn't a service dog, even though he is properly vested as such. Told me I needed paperwork. That is against ADA regulations and they will be reported. No rhyme no reason.Never had an issue - even with the owner - before today. What she did is against the law.I'll never spend another penny at this store and will tell everyone of my experience there!

Old lady at night will not sell alcohol at 11:56 to 11:58. Always says it's 11:59. Alcohol sales are valid until 11:59. She's lazy and doesn't want to contribute to her work. Worse the owners don't care.

The older gentleman working the front counter June 8th at 8pm is extremely rude and aggressive. I will not be going back at all. My card only covered part of the payment. Before I understood that I still owed a few dollars, he begins yelling very loudly at me. I had the money on a different card but his immediate reaction to screaming at me was inappropriate and I felt embarrassed and almost threatened. I didn't have the merchandise yet so I'm not sure why he got so upset so fast. I will continue my shopping at other gas stations from now on. I can't believe 711 has someone like that representing them.
