This gentleman is very rude I came in to pick up a customer service order and I said I’m here to pick up an Uber order he said move aside it’s not ready with an attitude, as a customer service employee he should know better and know how to treat people who are coming into the store also watch him stand there while people are stealing and then asked me to retrieve the order for my customer

I don't expect much from 711 but this one sucks even by 711 standards. Constant homeless people hanging around, employees look like they should have an ankle bracelet, long lines because nobody knows how to do their job. Just avoid this location if you can.

Julio is Awesome . He took care of many customers while also tending to me as a customer . He was very polite and focused on serving everyone in the store . He moved quickly as well as efficiently .

Not so good customer service at all. Employees are rude and seem like they hate there job. There’s never nothing stocked so you barely have a choice to choose from with everything in store.. just a bad experience all together it’s too a point to where I don’t like even going in store would rather waste gas and go to another store far away

2802 east fountain in Colorado Springs. Every night this store closes for 30 mins to at least an hour. Note on the door. At least twice a night this happens. They never answer the phone either.

The store has been closed for 3 hours, and is still closed. People waiting outside with no signs or instructions why store is closed.I bet employees smoking and drugging in restroom.I suggest you find another 7-11, cuz this one doesn’t want to get paid for their items,

I've grown to really like and appreciate my local 7-Eleven store. There's always an overabundance of employees in the morning that makes it super quick and easy to get assistance if you so require. My biggest issue though is that the produce, specifically bananas, are extremely brown and obviously over ripe. As well as the coffee station being inadequately stocked most of the time.

Just went in for a purchase at this location and Just got accused of stealing when I pulled out my wallet!! The lady was very rude and I will never come back to this store again!!! Such garbage treatment by the 6 o'clock crew. The older lady was nice but the other was very unpleasant and made me uncomfortable and offended!!

This store is located in the hood and the inside of the store reflects it. The store is unkept and dirty as well as the workers are rude and their customer service is horrible.
