I was charged for WATER from the soda fountain by the night associate when I told him specifically that it was water and ice. This same associate is there every night and even watches the damn camera to see me get water and ice. If you're now charging for people to get water, kiss your business goodbye.

I live right down the street and can attest this is the slowest gas station on planet earth. All the other awfully slow 7-11s are owned by the same guy who refuses to hire more than one employee at a time no matter how long the line gets. Still checking out one person as I typed this. Out of control get it together.

Can't wait for new Kum and Go near this 7-Eleven. They miss liable a Hershey bar and charge $1 more at the register. List for $1.99 and charge $2.99. Won't change when notified. I'm sure the fuel will be less also. Will never shop here again. Will drive the extra mile to Maverick. One star is the longest I can rate.
