The lady that is there is awesome and the only good thing about the store. The Indian guy that works there is so rude. He stares at you like hes intimidating you and let's people ahead of you if he doesn't like you. I run a business so i definitely dont look any kind of way to deserve this. The food is not good and homeless are always everywhere. Definitely spend the 2 minutes and drive to mavericks down the street

Why is the guy allowed to close the store??? Signs says open back up at 2 but he won't open??? I've contacted corporate and I've done the bitly survey. Sign says open back up at 2, I saw him he looked like he just woke up... Gave me the 5 finger sign like that's when hes gonna open the store . Unacceptable!!!

Not actually open 24/7 despite advertising it as such. They regularly close between 12am and 1 and reopen around 4ish.

Work near here and stop in occasionally, this morning the young Indian kid wearing the hat that works here didn't even acknowledge me standing at the register waiting to pay. Left my items on the counter and said I'll go else where and told him he could put the stuff back. Poor customer service.

Hate that this is the closest 711 to my home. Customer service is very poor. They're always on the phone. Its like you dont exist. Rude as well

Came in to use the restroom and get purchase some items. When I came in i headed toward the restroom. As soon as I got to the back near the restroom, the guy behind the counter shouts at me in a rude tone and says "Theres someone in there." I look over at him and he then shouted louder and stared at me. Unreal..So I left without buying anything. I did not feel comfortable in that store. He was a dark skinned man. I'll avoid this location.

The woman working right now is amazing. Always kind, greets you. Store looks clean and stocked. She’s awesome.

First, I was approached by homeless outside, asking for money. Went inside for coffee no sugar, one pot of coffee made. needed ice, grab the ice had to prove to the guy behind the counter that my coffee cup was empty. Guy behind the counter was too interested in what was going on with this phone.

The male clerk that was there today June 18, 2023, 5ish p.m.Was on his phone the ENTIRE sale. Didn't acknowledge me as a customer.Didn't even look at me. Wasn't even paying attention to the transaction. Had to ask him twice to hit the button so I could use my card. (I worked for 7 Eleven for over 7 years) You aren't supposed to be on your cell phones, having personal time on the clock. You're supposed to greet EVERY customer when they walk in the store. Even when I walked up to the counter, he was already standing there on his phone. And didn't move. I had to wait for him to ring up my purchase. Idgaf if the neighborhood is sketchy, or the ppl are riffraff. You have a job you are paid to do.SO GET OFF YOUR PHONE AND DO IT!!!!
