I will never set foot back here again. My mom fell on her own behalf while getting gas . No fault of the gas station at all . When a customer ran inside and ask the cashier to call 9-1-1 the cashier stated they do not wanna get involved. My mother is 72 years old and laying on the ground and they refused to help!!!! This is a slap in the face of humanity!! Screw that place . I will pay more for gas to support people that support me

I fell while gettinggas last week . The store wouldn'teven call 911 for help . I ended up with a dislocated shoulder,broken arm, multiple facial fractures and minor brain bleed . That cashier needs to be fired . Is this seriously what this world is comingto ?

My mother-in-law fell at this gas station on May 16th the manager Brandi of that store offered no assistance and refused to call an ambulance my mother-in-law is in her seventies broke her arm and is bruised with a swollen face was in the hospital for 3 days

just got charged $99.02 instead of $30.00 on my bank account. pump 7 i believe (middle right back pump). was there at 3pm today (7/29/2022). the card machine has either been compromised or the store is skimming or something. will be requesting a CHARGEBACK from my bank asap.

Prices always come up wrong. The Hurrts chips say $1.49. they ring up $1.99. The Neslie Quicks are two for $4. They ring up $2.49 each. You keep doing this. Another sale, for another drink came up wrong. The new lady working was clueless when the sign is clearly up in the store.

I do not feel safe at this 7-11. There are always cars in the lot that seem to be "living there". Shady people. I am sure some are nice but a business parking lot that already has no parking is not the place for the homeless to be trying to stay. These dirty people also use the coffee pots and such. Makes you think twice.

I had a problem last week on the first of June. During which time I stopped to purchase gas and a couple of jazz cigars. Igqve the attendant a 50 dollar bill and I my rush I put the change int wallet without counting my change. When I got home and checked my change I was thirty dollars short immediately I return to the store and explain my not getting the correct change back. The attendant said that was over an hour ago which only fifteen minutes had past if that, then I ask for him to check the receipts which he said he coy only go back three transactions. The he informed me to come back tomorrow to between 10am and 12pm which I did no owner was there the a another attendant said he would be in tomorrow at 12 no owner there. The time the the attendant said to write it down what happened and and leave my telephone number I gave it to him he said the owner would review the video. I still have not heard from the owner today is the 8th of june.it seems that I was blown off. I would think that I would receive better treatment

I have the pleasure of having Mike(older guy with real short(shaved?)hair help me in the early mornings. He always has a smile and a good attitude. I've witnessed him take money out of his own pocket to help those in need. They need to hire more people like him!

This place sucks. The night employee locks the door every night locks the door and smoke's meth in the parking lot. It's a major pain I've wasted countless trips to the store it's not even worth going by anymore. The employee should be fired he locks the door and stares at you basically a big f*** you Everytime I go after 12. Fire him I hate this store because of him. F*** that place.
