Called several times to check to see if they had what i was looking for since they dont pop up on the 7-11 app and firt time no answer 2nd time sounded like someone driving with windows down so im not sure it was even the store at this point

3rd/1st shift employee Joyce is what makes this a one star review. She’s smart mouthed as hell. Then she’s rude to customers that are not her skin color. Just now a customer who’s native tongue is not English asked her what time it was and she rudely told him to look at the clock then proceeded to tell him to move to the other counter even though she wasn’t doing anything and after he left she rung up a white customer. I don’t like coming in when she’s here. She also talks to everyone who isn’t white like they are stupid.

They worst customer service EVER! Numerous encounters with hostile employees that harass homeless people, insulting their own customers by calling them names and cussing at them. One of the employees and her gangster boyfriend ,who was not a employee, threw a soda at me and called us a crack head and clearly I'm not lol. This foul unprofessional behavior has been going on for years. Very unsafe , hostile, unprofessional environment. I'll NEVER go there again, they won't get no more of my money.

The behavior of the owner and the way they the fat lady on the First shift is terrible and how she handles customers is awful. Seriously never goto to this store and let it die

Recently moved to the neighborhood so we shop frequently at this corner store. It’s thee worst 7-11 I have visited. I only go in for fountain drinks candy but the fountain drinks always down every single week no cooked food no donuts coffee machine broke. So I drive a mile away to get service from the 711 off airport n academy. They always clean great service n the items are in stock. I did ask the cashier if the 711 was apart of the franchise n she didn’t know. Bad service. Hospitality is not n at this location smh

I haven't been to this store in about one year but I've always had a good experience. I met Angie & the manager,Josh, they seem like good people. Angie is a real people- person! Good experience!
