I called ahead looking for smaller sizes and the gentleman who helped me was very nice. He went to look for specific pants for me and reassured me it would be worth my trip. I will definitely be coming back. Quality of clothing matches the pricing very well.

The customer service here is always great but the quality of the new lines of products has tanked. I use to buy most of my stuff here as far as pants, back packs, range bags etc. I still wear those pants today and they’re almost 5 years old. However since they came out with they’re new line of clothing the quality and functionality seemed to be the least of their concerns. I purchased a few pairs of the new pants and none of them lasted more than six months. The stitching on the pockets started coming apart and the zippers broke on every single pair. The range bag I have was a gift otherwise I wouldn’t have it because the pockets are arbitrarily placed. When one pocket is full the other ones can’t really be used type of thing. The zippers on it broke to along with the stitching on most of the pockets. The back pack I bought myself, the plastic strap tighteners broke within a few weeks the fabric is tearing on the bottom and it’s just falling apart. So I guess in summary don’t waste your money. The quality has gone down while the price has steadily gone up

The cashier (older man with grey whiskers) yelled at me because I placed a shirt on the counter and said, Just one. (because that’s all they had in stock). Apparently he was busy talking to his coworker and I interrupted. Pretty sad considering I HAD been buying 300+ shirts a year for my construction company. Zero star service and the shirts aren’t worth the price to boot.

Amazing experience at this location. Wonderful knowledgeable staff. I worked with Josh to get a great set of work boots for a new employee. He was professional and knowledgeable and helped make my day go smoothly.

Love the clothing in this store….hands down the best T-shirts I’ve found for the gym, anywhere. Super comfortable, perfect fit, and they retain their shape after many washes. The employees are all friendly and willing to help. I do have an issue with their in-store marketing tactics, which posts “buy one get one 50% off” signs on a bunch of racks but the sale is not applicable to the items on that rack, just for hats. This is a deceptive practice. Look, these items are worth the retail price, I don’t mind paying full price for a quality product…but don’t use what can be perceived as deception, as it’ll make customers lose trust in you.

Walked in with no help for a long time, employee looked at me multiple times and kept folding pants. I had many transactions and wanted to exchange a faulty pair of pants. Was declined and told I bought them on amazon. No I have multiple transactions at this location. Just not a history for one pair out of 10. Horrible business, and customer service. Will never buy another item from 511 or promote there product
