Lots of simi trailers going way to fast through the residential roads to pickup/drop off at this location during school drop off hours. we have called to inform the owner/operator at 4rivers to inform all drivers to slow it down before someone gets hurt. Scott replied (he can't help me grind an axe) as if calling out speeding trucks entering/exiting his buisness is not his concern. He blamed the surrounding buisiness and claimed it could be anyone's truck, but after calling both surrounding companies they both agreed to let truckers that come and go to keep it slow. But not Scott he was real defensive and reluctant to help.

Scott with 4rivvers would not help me solve the on going issue with simi truckers speeding through our residential area to get to the 4 rivvers location he manages located 1 block away from a school zone. After catching a truck on video passing on the opposite lane doing 40+mph with a load on the back. He acted like he doesn't care because he doesn't live here

Service department misdiagnosed our motor and said we need a new 1 for 25 + 1000. I'm mechanic buddy agreed with me and for 300 bucks fixed it. Runs like brand new. Rental department cannot keep accurate records and is trying to charge us 8000 when we owe 4000. Parts people are really good. Enough said

My son was interested in a particular John Deere hat and Jason, the parts manager went above and beyond to find it! He called around and had the hat brought in. He texted and called and even met my husband to give it to him. I’m shocked by the level of customer service. You just see this anymore. It was just a hat, not a tractor but Jason treated our family like we were the most important customers he’s ever had!

I was happy with the service I received ordering a blade for our John Deere Lawn Tractor. The parts person was helpful and ordered it right away.
But when I picked up the items ordered, I was charged way too much for shipping but it is what it is. It wasn't expedited or rushed, it was UPS ground. The shipping charge should have at the most been 1/3 or so as much as they charged me.
I work for a company that ships out heavier, larger boxes and we charge our customers much less...
We target making profit on the products we sell them not the shipping.
