This company came highly recommended by our property manager. I contacted them because of roof damage from high winds in our area. They assessed the damage and gave us an estimate on the very same day. They communicated with me very well, they were very professional, they did a great job at a good price. They did what they said they were going to do. They came and put tarp on the roof when rain was expected to prevent further damage. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

Very please with 3G construction. Mike and Devin are both very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I appreciated the communication and responsiveness throughout the process. They beat the competition in price, professionalism, and overall friendliness as well. They were recommended to me and I now highly recommend them as well!

Had a leak in the master bath during one the heavy storms I used 3 G before so I called them again. As before I was very happy with Mike He explained everything to me and also caulked some areas that needed fixing. I definitely will use them again. Company is a very bad company they don’t pay their contractors. I did $7000 worth of work and was only paid $5000.I would not use this company unless you want to get ripped off.

we were in that large hail storm, some years back......we got taken.....so had large amount of siding rip off after it was replaced by the bad company.......3 g put the siding back on....did an fabulous job...its held up very well, because they put it on the house, the proper way.......now we have deck siding the bad company put on has ripped off........another call to 3 g to get that done proper......they are true professionals all the way......if we ever, pray we dont have hail damage again, 3 g for us......all the way.....plus they give a military, senior discount........wonderful to work with.....let us know what they were doing at all times......

Needed a small leak found and fixed in my roof. Mike showed up and did a bunch of tests to find the problem and came back just a couple days later and had it fixed and ready to go for less than the cost of a cell phone payment. Highly recommend!
