S/O to the daytime staff at this location. Today (03/07/2024) I dropped an earbud down one of the slots of the bench in the dry sauna, and the front desk and maintenance staff were great in helping me recover it.I recently started up here after moving from Denver. Equipment is well maintained, cleaning staff is visibly out taking care of the gym, locker room and sauna. Other members have been great to get along with/friendly. It hasn’t been packed, from my perspective, even during peak hours, so waiting on equipment is rare.Happy I made the switch from my previous gym.

Got off work late tonight and was gonna do a quick workout. 930pm I arrive and they locked the doors? Y'all joking me? You're closed at 10. Pathetic

This is a hub for catching skin diseases. The bathroom is disgusting and the sauna is saturated with accumulated sweat. I have never seen any of the staff cleaning. Bring you towels and bleach spray

I love this gym, staff is great, weights great. The pool is great, steam room great, and sauna great! I just hate the hours. This is the only “24hr” fitness in co springs and it’s not 24hrs!! I got this gym membership to go whenever and I can’t! As a fighter my hours or different throughout the day. They close at 8 fri-sun. How ridiculous! This should not be called 24hr fitness. This should be called 12 hr shift fitness ??♂️

My husband and I got a membership here yesterday. I love how welcoming the gym environment is. it’s not intimidating to come in and work out. Staff is incredibly friendly and encouraging. Pretty clean facility from what I’ve seen. Absolutely stoked to get back into a gym and work out without it being overly crowded. They have a great amount of work out equipment. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a home gym with an awesome atmosphere.

I haven't been to this facility since I moved to the Springs because it's 20 minutes from my house, but I have been a 24H member since 2002. Why is this the only 24 Hour Fitness in the Springs??? I know there used to be more and they have since closed the other locations up north. Colorado Springs has a population of over 400K and could support multiple locations.

I've been coming to this gym for about three years. There is a wide variety of equipment that allows me to mix up my workout routine, so it's been an adequate gym for me. However, I must say that I've become increasingly frustrated over the fact that the two urinals in the men's locker have been inoperable for over a month, leaving only two toilets available for all bathroom needs. Not only are men standing in line to use the two toilets, the situation has become increasingly unsanitary. I've been told that resources are not available at this time to address this issue because it's the end of a fiscal year and that funds should become available after the first of the year to fix the urinals by the end of January; two months after the problem started! Given the public health hazard this situation presents, I would think that management would have insisted on the resources necessary to fix this situation right away.

24 has a good environment, good staff, and I always get a great workout in. I’ve been a member of 24 for many years now and still continue to plan on being one. They have any equipment that you need to get a good workout in and you can always count on the staff to be helpful.

This place is so filthy. Got on a machine and saw this bloodied bandaid just chilling on the floor. Honestly, this was the last straw. This mess of a gym has been disgusting for months. Definitely I had to put a review after that, so everyone is aware about the cleanliness before getting into a long contract.Save yourself the money and skip this gym.

One of the best gyms I have ever been to. The members are serious about training and are a welcoming family. The club is extremely welcoming with the front desk staff always having a smile on! Compared to other commercial gyms I have been to this one definitely stands out with the club having a lot of amenities and a great open space for training!P.S thank you Julie for always helping me out especially when I lock myself out of the lockers?

I used to be a fan of 24 hour fitness back when I was a gym rat in my 20s. But now I'm in my 30s and I don't have it in me to fight with brauds who are so entitled to take up 2-3 (if not more) machines to "do their sets". We all got sets to do. We all pay the same amount of money to be there. You put your bag on a machine, towel and water bottle on another, while you're on a whole other machine meanwhile those machines are sitting vacant for 10+ minutes that someone else could be using those machines. And while noticeable confrontations are happening on the gym floor, the 12 staff members are just chilling behind the sign in counter like it's hang out time. And to top it off, the facility is dirty af. The staff ain't doing their jobs and the people who go here, at least the females are caddy rude and confrontational. I paid for a few months and only went a couple of times because I was tired of the fighting just to do my workout. Such a shame because I used to really enjoy this facility but I see why the other locations have shut down and it's probably only a matter of time before this one does too with how bad of an environment it is.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year. I’ve never seen a hot tub down as much as it’s down here. Not just the hot tub, but the whole wet area (pool, sauna, steam room). Something is either always broken or closed for “maintenance”. Hot tub is filthy with piles of dirt in the corner on the floor. We complained two weeks ago and it obviously hasn’t improved. Water fountains don’t work. There’s always several machines not working and torn apart. Disappointing when you pay for the whole experience and you’re only ever able to do part of it

While the gym offers a variety of equipment, the women's restroom consistently falls short in terms of cleanliness, often accompanied by an unpleasant odor. Additionally, broken equipment seems to linger without prompt repairs, impacting the overall workout experience. The dance area lacks proper heating, making it uncomfortably cold during chilly weather, and to add to the inconvenience, the roof leaks on rainy days. It's disheartening to witness these issues, especially considering the closure of the Austin Bluffs location. Given the size of Colorado Springs, one would expect 24 Hour Fitness to invest more in maintaining and improving this facility to attract a larger customer base. Some of the employees are very friendly, some will not even greet or say goodbye to you upon leaving.
