Went in last week and got change for 200$ Got it with no issue. Went in today to get bigger bills in exchange for 20’s. The woman working helped and started doing the transaction when another employee started saying we could not do that due to money laundering. Either that was bs or the employees don't know company policy. Also Atm is supposed to be 24 hrs.. but the last 2 times i went doors were locked.

There are signs all over the front doors that say 24/7 ATM access. I just went there today at 8:45pm and the doors were locked, not giving me access to the ATM. I should have easy access to my money and not have to the next town to see if their ATM is accessible.

I am so sick of coming all the way home to this ATM and find out it is NOT working again. So irritating to have to make the drive all the way back into GJ. Wish they would get the dang thing fixed. Happens 7/10 times I need to use it.

I over all am not a big fan of major banks but william at the clifton colorado location helped me through a headache of a process with a new job that required the use of a notary multiple times. He helped me through my frustration and I greatly appreciate it!
