I put gas here yesterday, $61 worth. When I checked my account, they took $200. I called them, and I guess it's my card's fault. This one did this to me, but the gas station on horizon also did it. Anyone using any shell gas station, look at your account after buying anything. CAUTION! I wish they had a NO STAR option.I'm out of $400 and will never use any Shell gas stations again.

Today on 3/11/23, at around 1:15 pm, the large hispanic loudmouth with the 'Southside' shirt on behind the counter, nice language around kids buddy, you sound as ignorant as you look, bragging about speeding and wreckless driving, nice use of curse words in a professional setting, you don't need to be working around kids, pathetic work ethic.

The staff members are always very kind and helpful at this gas station specifically. I drive all the way across town just for the morale and pride at this establishment. Lately I have been on crutches and they always come open the door for me. This morning the lady working helped me gather what I needed and she even carried it out to the truck for me. Very helpful and kind

The attendants working midday on Oct 12, 2020 were so wonderful. My friend and I broke down with our horse trailer at the station and the employees were so compassionate and helpful. Thank you!!!

My husband and I stopped in here today on our way from Palisade to Grand Junction so that I could use the restroom. I got a soda as I was leaving as I do not like to use the restrooms any place without buying something. The man was so nice and when I told him that I only wanted a soda because I was using the restroom, he told me that I could stop and use their restroom anytime without buying anything. He was very professional and sweet. I did not get his name but it was about 1:30-2:00 on September 23! It is out of our way to go to this store, but we will definitely go there at some point in time and get gas! That is truly the way customer service should be. Thank you and God bless this kind man!

I want to recommend People near and far traveling or who live in Grand Junction go to stop and save on F Rd. the shell ask for Kris. Kris is phenomenal amazing so informative so helpful gave me directions I am from Los Angeles headed to Utah and he was so awesome thank you thank you thank you Kris
