Our car overheated and this was the first stop right along the road. We came in a little over an hour before closing and Kody promptly and thoroughly checked out our car, replaced a couple of parts and got us back on the road in an hour. We are so grateful to Scott’s, and Kody in particular. Highly recommend this business.

Skylar and the crew are super helpful. Communication is 10/10 which is what I look for in a good mechanic. If you are passing through the GJ/Clifton area and need some quality service, give these guys a call.

Very expensive. They have great mechanics but so do a lot of other shops. They used to be a great family owned business but have gone corporate and have very un reasonable expectations of their employees.

Scott’s Auto and their team are amazing. We experienced brake/ front end issues while driving through on I-80. We were lucky to find Scott’s. Skylar and Ashley were amazing and worked with a great sense of urgency to get us back on the road. Wish this place was in Grand Rapids, Michigan! Thank you Scott’s!

First, I appreciate the fact that they have loaner vehicles, as repairs can take a while, usually waiting for parts. They've done a decent job at being reasonable with costs, there has been no problem getting follow-up work done on their warrantied work. They lost a star for leaving screws loose on my brake line hangers (one wasn't even attached, see pictures).

I can’t say enough good things about Scott’s Auto in Grand Junction! We had an unexpected tire issue while passing through town, and they went above and beyond to help us out. Not only did they quickly change our tire, but they also didn’t charge us a dime for the service. In a world where excellent customer service seems to be fading, Scott’s Auto truly stands out. Their kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful situation into a positive experience. Went for a scheduled oil change at10:00 and did not get cashed out until 11:40. The manager blamed it on the parts delivery employee who put air filter on top shelf. My service writer was handed paperwork with keys but was forced to wait because service was completing a phone call and proceeded to make (2) additional outbound phone calls.

Ashley and the entire crew are absolutely amazing with customer service and guarantee their work.I’m picky about who works on my vehicles so I took a shot since they’re just down the street from me.They convinced me the first time in. Called because my car wasn’t starting. They said if I could get it towed in they would look at it that same day. Got it towed within an hour. No call. The next day I call 3 different times to check the status. Each time I’m told I should expect a call back in an hour or two. Not until the next morning did my car get looked at. Then I was quoted pretty high for battery and brakes. Multiple members of the Scott's team reached out to apologize and offer to make up for my experience.
