“I've been using this pharmacy for years and I have to say that the staff are wonderful. There hours are not the best but the way this pharmacy takes care of you and how the wonderful people running it makes you feel welcomed and important makes up for any inconvenience their hours cause. I will continue using this pharmacy as long as it makes sense to do so. I'm always willing to accommodate their hours and use their delivery option to get my medicine if I'm at work and can't get to Genoa before they close. This is the first time leaving a review for Genoa but looking back on all my years using this pharmacy's services I can't think of a single time I would've given them less than five star's. I hope this review helps anyone on the fence regarding whether or not they should switch pharmacy's and for anyone new to Grand Junction who are looking for a good pharmacy to fill their medication's. In my opinion all pharmacy's do the same thing, fill medication, so it's up to the staff to make their customers experience special and Genoa is exceptional with the customer service.”

“Greg at Safeway pharmacy has been absolutely amazing. He and most of the team have proven time and time again that they care not only about filling my prescriptions in a timely manner but about how I am feeling on my meds. The pharmacist has gone above and beyond when it comes to insurance issues and will make the necessary calls to get things approved. I’ve tried pharmacies all across town and choose this one as my trusted pharmacy. I feel supported and cared for and I am treated like a person and not just someone picking up my medicine.”
“Sam's club tire and battery has the friendliest, kindness, most wonderful human beings working there! Mike is one of the managers and he and his compadre Mark, take excellent care of their customers! My tires were basically bald and they were able to fit me in without an appointment, even though appointments are strongly recommended. If there's something wrong with your tire, they will figure out what it is. If you do not need new tires, they will be honest with you, telling you to come back in a month or 6 months or whatever so that you can get the most mileage out of your tires. I will revise this post with photos later but wanted to let anyone looking for excellent service for their tire needs, to be aware, that Sam's Club tires is the place to go!”
“My service animal and I stop by here to get a snack on one of our regular errands. Even though the price can be slightly greater; the amazing staff, quick service, and clean store easily cost more in convenience at the near by larger chain store.”
“I cannot speak highly enough of Walmart pharmacist Carolyn and pharmacy tech Kelly. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcomed. Carolyn took the time to listen to my concerns and provided me with clear and concise explanations of my medications. She was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I understood how to properly take them.
Kelly was also a pleasure to work with. She efficiently filled my prescription and even took the time to double-check that everything was correct before giving it to me. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated.
Overall, my experience at Walmart pharmacy with Carolyn and Kelly was exceptional. They went above and beyond to provide me with top-notch service and made sure I left feeling confident in my medication regimen. “To my dismay, I am still quite shocked at the vast improvement that I've had in my medications getting refilled on time, I'm not stressing out having to keep track of all of mine and my partners as well!! I've always felt like "shouldn't that be the pharmacies job?? To help us keep our medications lined out and accurately filled and on time?!" I mean, come on!! YES!! IT IS!! That's exactly what they're there for!! My previous pharmacy which is also here in the Grand Junction area NEVER DID A DARNED THING!! I'm not going to mention any names out of respect for any employees still working there or any who might have signed on and are working there currently as well. I'll just say that Wal-Mart Pharmacy (The one on North Ave.) IS honestly, the BEST PHARMACY that I've had the actual pleasure (FOR ONCE!!) in getting to know and being a part of!! “Today while a bagger was bagging our groceries a woman(manger?) came up and whispered to the man to try not to use our reusable Walmart bags. We had several bags from different stores, including Kroger. The Walmart bag was a giant one that we brought specifically for the items we were buying. I don't see why it matters where our bags were purchased and why we can't use our Walmart bags. I don't think that's Kroger policy. I thought it was ridiculous and kind of rude!”

“Being epileptic some days are easy and some are like your day is a shattered mirror that you have to pick up and put back together at the same time you're living that day. The city market pharmacy has gone out of their way to help me when when my days were shattered. From noticing the bad reactions I was having from medication combinations . To calling in prescription to my primary after I dropped a full open bottle into my toilet. That was an embarrassing conversation. They are the best at their jobs and everybody should use them for their medical needs.”

“I went to this pharmacy a long time ago, and honestly was not impressed, but decided to try it again because it’s the most convenient for me. I AM SO GLAD I DID. They brought in a new pharmacist and no joke, she is AMAZING. Mel made me feel so welcomed, and like she actually cared. Not something I’m used to in a pharmacy setting. Kroger made the best choice getting her in this store, honestly think she deserves a raise already!!!”

“I had a wonderful experience yesterday at the Walgreens pharmacy. I changed prescription drug plans, so I decided to also switch pharmacies from CVS to Walgreens. CVS's hours are short, and they aren't open on weekends. The young lady who helped me was friendly, courteous, and efficient. Within a few hours, I received notification through the Walgreens app that my prescriptions were ready to pick up. I went to the drive-through window, and the same young lady retrieved my prescriptions, and gave them to me with a smile. Highly recommend this pharmacy.”
“My wife and I stopped by this location to pick up some gift cards for the grandchildren. The young lady who helped us at check-out was exceptional. Not only was she very friendly (with a great smile), she was professional in her duties. Her name is Brytani and she is definitely an asset to the business.”
