“We love this place. We stay here every time we need a break or a night out. A hot tub/pool is always functional clean and free of children. It's a smal hotel so all the rooms are close to the pool and breakfast. They don't allow locals to stay there which is probably why it's still so nice.. if you are local and get away with staying there please be respectful. Rooms are always clean and decorations are nice and Western. Pets are welcome. The hot breakfast is always good. And there's no one lurking around making sure you're not taking too much food. They let you eat what you want. The smokin oak and Avogadro's are the only good restaurants close by. Otherwise you can walk to a million fast food places which is cool.”

“Loved our stay! After a long drive it was a pleasant surprise to be able to sit and enjoy a glass of local red wine at the motels bar. Welcoming, clean no detail was missed! For dinner “Fidel’s” chips n salsa & fish tacos topped it off ( also owned by Jeff & Jody). Next time in Palisades we will visit again. Your hard work and special touch is noticeable.”

“This is our 2nd stay at the Wine Country Inn with an exceptional experience both times! The check-in process is easy and friendly; and the rooms are super clean and well maintained. This hotel is located in a beautiful setting with a spectacular view from the on-site restaurant. Having the opportunity to have dinner a short walk from our room was a huge plus. I usually avoid free breakfast at hotels but the quality and selection served here could not be passed up! The Wine Country Inn will definitely be our go-to when traveling through western Colorado.”

“An absolute gem of a hotel in Grand Junction!! It exceeded expectations all across the board. Honestly we’ll come back just to be able to enjoy this hotel more. Staff was always friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, up to date, and comfortable, and the food at Devils Kitchen is probably the best in town!! Can’t wait to come back.”

“This motel has exceeded my expectations for miles. The room is big and clean. There is balcony in each room. There is inside corridor to access the lobby. The breakfast bar is well stocked and has so many choices. The scramble eggs with diced peppers and onions and the no sugar mango drinks are very impressive ... The breakfast bar attendant works so efficiently to always keep the food well stocked. There are laundry facilities and vending machines for pops and snacks. Ice machine in each floor.”

“This was a great hotel for our work trip this week! It's right in the heart of downtown GJ and very walkable. The suites were incredibly spacious and clean! I really wanted to highlight the service and assistance from Stephanie the front desk gal. She went above and beyond to help us check in early and have space for a work meeting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!”

“The room was very clean and in good shape. The beds were super comfortable. Yes it's an older motel but it's much better inside than the outside may make you think. The complimentary breakfast was better than we have seen at similar chain hotels. Definitely budget friendly”

“Have a friend that stays there that we go see on e a week. Place used to be kinda shady and the people that are usually around are kinda creepy but it's definitely better than it used to be.”

“The clerk was so accommodating to our needs as we were in the hospital all day. We needed a bathtub and didn't realize the room we got only had a shower. So the clerk talked to the manager and they switched us to a room with a bathtub. We really appreciated the consideration. Will be the 1st place we stay on our future trips.”

“As you may see from my stars, I was quite happy with my stay, but I want to hit a few negatives just so you know what you're getting...The outside of the buildings are quite weather-beaten and parts of the grounds could be a lot cleaner. The designs in the room, lobby, and breakfast room were nice if little dated, but the workmanship was obviously not top-shelf.The police were there for a room search (not mine) at one point, and in the morning a woman was sitting on and blocking the sidewalk after either way too much coffee, or more likely something stronger. In the room, the toilet was mounted at about a fifteen degree tilt (but worked fine), and they didn't even provide the silly anti-theft hangers most motels do.Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry facilities worked well (with free detergent) which can be a rarity at budget motels, and the pool and courtyard were kept very nice. What I haven't mentioned, was the outstanding price. All in all, I had a decent, clean, comfortable room at exceptional value.”

“motel OK. breakfast was poor, European, it would be nice to get a hot pancake (they are in the photo). Nice service, all matters dealt with immediately. The location of the motel is quite good, far from the street. Quiet room. Inside there is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker”
