most expensive gym in this town. “Best gym in town” But offer no guest pass and closing at 8 during the weekends. Membership starts at 25$ and goes to 100$. Day pass is a ridiculous 20$. If you want an affordable workout spot try. (planet fitness). not really any free weights but you can still get a great workout. For 25$ you and a friend Alan split the monthly cost and you both get in for $12.50. Or 10$ for regular pass 100% worth it

I work with Foster youth between the Ages of 14 to 23 in the Chaffee program, and Mesa Fitness has been wonderful to work with. They have given back to this community by working with us, they even are planning on doing a life skills class with out Adolescents on exercise and heath. I know every time I go in to sign up one of the Adolescents, Teresa and Paul; are the most helpful and kind people that I have met. I am thankful that they have team up with us, and look forward to continue to work with them in the future.

This gym doesn’t have near the room the Grand Junction gym has or near the equipment the Grand Junction, Mesa fitness gym has. A lot of Clifton Mesa Fitness members end up going to the Grand Junction Mesa Fitness, and it makes that location overcrowded. I think it’s time for Mesa Fitness Clifton to extend their gym and their equipment and possibly their hours. Mesa Fitness used to be a 24 hour gym and now it’s not.

Awesome gym! I love the theater room for my cardio; the tanning, a great way to get some rays, especially during the winter blues, & last but not least, the awesome Barre classes….Jessica is amazing, I’m addicted!BTW, the new massage chairs are so appealing & much appreciated after a workout.

I’m nearly 78 and I am in better shape now than I have been in my whole adult life. I owe this to Donna and her Silver Sneakers classes that focus on cardio, balance, weight bearing and resistance training.A former school teacher, Donna takes a personal interest in all class members by helping guide them through each activity, correctly and safely. In addition to her thoughtfully planned workouts, her classes are filled with great music specifically selected for each session. She exercises our brains by having us recall historical events, and ends with selections of humor and kindness.I am so grateful for Donna and Clifton Mesa Fitness.Jeanie Hendricks

Staff is really helpful and professional. All the machines we wanted and regularly use when we're not using free weights. Good selection of freeweights, kettles, and dumbells. Excellent variety of cardio equipment, only one I didn't see was a lateral trainer.

Mike Minervini is a fantastic personal Trainer. I was very hesitant to use a trainer but I am glad I did. I have had back, shoulder and hip surgery and was worried that I would not be able to make a "come back." Mike listened to my concerns and tailored a workout plan to meet my needs and goals.
