Had a problem with them last month and customer service was extremely rude and wasn't very pleasant to deal with I will never deal with them again by phone and as soon as I can I will be giving them my 30-day notice so I can be happy without ever having to do with them again

These guys are horrible. They essentially created loop holes to get out of refunding deposit money!knowing full well that money needed to be refunded to an elder of a local church !!

Now that I work for them I find that John does a great job in taking care of the renters and I am trying to get a lot of delayed maintenance by the previous owner completed asap. Weeds are gone, trees are trimmed, new door handles and locks are being installed each time a unit is available. Any problems contact John and he and I will take care of them immediately.
