We cancelled our account with them. We had fraud and all we got was a text message to call them. Why didn't they immediately call us?! Everytime we come into this branch they are RUDE. The only one worth working with is Taylor. You are waiting FOREVER outside to be dealt with and they are fee happy! Look for a different bank because this isn't the one for you.

Been banking here for 15+ years and Went through the drive thru today and they never returned my debit card! So now I have to call and order a new one and wait 7-10 days. Sam was rude a degrading I will never use this branch again.

Good Bank first year now everytime I turn around there is a fee, this last fee I didn't transfer my insurance payment from one account to another. I need to add I have the no overdraft on my account, so they gave me a overdraft fee and didn't even pay it because I have the no overdraft but still got a overdraft fee then my insurance charged me a fee because it wasn't paid. So I ended up paying a extra $70 for my $57 insurance payment. I recommend looking on the internet for a no fee banking account and will be doing the same thing. I mean I even got a wallmart card, no fee as long as you make a deposit every month. 8 dollar fee if not and when your out of money you are out, no fee.

Rude and worthless. Wouldnt start an account for my teen, wouldnt work with me on a small personal loan, and I have fair credit. 640 ish.Basically tried to convince me of the perks of using their bank, without being able to tell me one perk. There are lots of banking options, Chime is so, so much better. This is exactly why brick and mortar banks are going out of style. No customer service, no helping depositors. Just supposed to be grateful they give us a debit card to access our money!

I have been a customer for about 15 years. My account was recently hacked and I feel it was handled horribly. I had to call them about the fraud. When i called they told me the would mail me a form for fraud and it would have to returned with in 10 days. That would not work for me because i work out of town for 2 weeks at a time. So i went to the branch i use and filed the form. I come back to town with out a phone call or email from bank of the west . I instead i got a letter saying they haven't received my fraud form. So i went to the bank to see what happened and the lady that helped me called to get a unlikely excuse of they never received the form that she emailed or faxed. I feel Bank of the Wests is handling this horrible and taking way to long. I plan on closing my accounts as soon as i refunded my stolen money.

I have been banking at the Clifton branch for 15 years. I have always been treated with respect, kindness and excellent service, whether at the bank or over the phone to the main number. I have lived many different states, and cities, I have banked with some of the major national banks but have never been treated so well or helped so much as I have been at Bank of the West.

The people at this bank are incredibly kind. I had to close my card because of a scam, and the woman at the desk offered me water while I waited. Miranda, the woman who helped me close my card was very nice and helpful. She was sympathetic and answered all the questions I had.

If this were a review on just one or two people who work for this bank it would be 5 stars however its for the bank . The employees for some reason can't figure out what their jobs are and how to do them . And be careful with your receipts keep them you will need them ......
