I went in to replace my old battery in my ford edge. When we popped the hood the back bolt of my battery was completely corroded. One of their employees Miah took time to go above and beyond to help me out!!

Sales manager Mark REFUSED to help me find anything! He stood at the counter and watched as I was forced to call my husband for help finding things needed in store! I ended up having to go up the road to another automotive store and get the proper customer service!Will NOT be returning to Auto Zone ever again!

I came in for headlight bulbs for my car. Mark was a great help in choosing the right ones, then was kind enough to install them for me. It is so very much appreciated! No way could I have done it myself.

I needed a windshield wiper blade. I have to admit I was quite shocked That you bought them one at a time and that one cost more than a set used to cost.On the bright side...a very nice polite young man named Tony helped me get the right blade and installed it for me as well. My overall experience was more than I ever expected. Thank you.

Last Friday, the 15th, I came into the Clifton store. The employee Josh was extremely helpful and kind throughout my visit. He helped me find the correct size of wiper blades needed for my vehicle. Overall the experience was great!! He deserves a raise!! ?

Anothny has gone above and beyond (SEVERAL different times) when having battery problems with campers. He has always found ways to save money and is incredibly professional. Zac and the rest of the staff are pretty darn amazing too, they always make us laugh. We will always use this location for our needs. Highly recommended.
