Michelle was awesome!
She helped me out of a pinch and was very quick to do it. Not only that she answered all of my questions and then some. She's very knowledgable and singlehandedly made it a very rewarding experience. I recommend her.

This has been the best bank I’ve used in the Grand Valley. The customer service is excellent and they always go above and beyond when helping me with any little problem or question I have. Wish I started with this bank.

I do not recommend this bank to anybody. I had an accidental situation happen here almost a year ago and they will not let me use this bank anymore. And the lady I talked to on the phone was very rude. Don’t come here unless you want to be treated poorly.

It's a bank. They do bank stuff. That being said, don't bring your change here. I've been using the coin counter for years without any problems; however, this time the machine shut off twice (went completely black), so it didn't count a bunch of the change that was in there. It just stole it! I was told "there's nothing we can do about it" by the staff. Alpine Bank: where we steal from customers and integrity doesn't matter.

I don’t not recommend this bank!!!! I’ve been with this bank 7 years almost & I’ve had nothing but issues with them the past few months. I reported my card lost last week and went in Monday to get a replacement card- it showed on my account’s the card was reported lost/stolen… they linked my debt card to the wrong account, let me say I have only had one debit card on a specific account for years… I have an account I pay bills out of and an account that receives deposits in, we went out over the weekend and I noticed the account with my “spending money” that I was under the impression per bank staff was linked to my replacement debit card wasn’t moving- I dug deeper into my online banking and noticed they linked my replacement card to the wrong account. The account with my bill money… I called and explained this to staff at first they seemed like they were going to fix things- due to their negligence, my account ended up in the negative because of the entire ordeal. They advised me they would cover the charges and switch my card, offering to cover NFS fees… Upon getting online later in the day to make a car payment, they switched my debit card to the right account which had been holding my bill money because of the switch up with my debit card but all the transactions followed (which they didn’t advise me would happen) and I don’t understand why when they were already pending in another account with the money to cover them!!!! They slowly mixed up all my transactions on my accounts, had money pulling out of 2 different accounts && slowly drained two of my bank accounts in a matter of 3 days because they linked a card to the wrong account & transactions were pulling out of two different accounts. Due to staff’s negligence and handling their customers accounts, I no longer can afford to pay my bills this month & I’m left with 1 of my 3 accounts sitting in the negative. I will never use this bank again & I will be closing my accounts!!!!

My husband and I were in search of bank to start a new account could not be happier that we met Vicki Waterfall. She went above and beyond to help us even though it was near closing time, she was so friendly and helpful through the entire setup. The other bank who told us it was to late in the day lost our business. Thanks again Vicki great customer service.

I went to Alpine Bank to open a checking account. I needed to change my SSDI payments to a local bank. I was there Feb. 15th to do all of the necessary paper work. It is now April 1st and nothing had been done. I am now in a situation where I might not get my May's SSDI...thank you very much Alpine Bank.

I've been a customer for a few years, had one negative experience with a drive thru teller, aside from that its been good, just went in today to sign up for e statements, Hyzmen was more than happy to help me figure it out, shes always nice and outgoing, some of the other gals make it seem like its a bother that they have to wait on you, so the 5 stars go to Hyzmen
