What made this area such a special gem indeed was the staff, Ashley & Rochelle!! " It was quite remarkable to see their hard work & doing their best to meet residents wants & needs." The entire staff is friendly, courteous, and attentive to residents. I have never been more satisfied and pleased with their service especially for any repairs.

The playground is literally missing parts, it hasnt been updated since 1998 when these apartmentswere built, I'm sure it is not in regulation anymore. Please fix it or remove it all together, the current playground is a hazard for any child.

Beautiful community. Ten stars, be aware you will need to get a PO box for mail if you live here. No traffic noises. Easily taken for granted

The Management can be helpful. The maintenance is almost non existant, they hardly read instructions, they just walk in on your pets. The snow removal is a joke. Nothing gets shoveled into after 9am, after everyone has already gone to work.

The management is outstanding. Richelle and Ashley are friendly and work diligently to ensure safe and affordable housing to current and future residents. They also see that maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. The buildings and grounds are clean, neat and well maintained. I have met many of the residents. All have been friendly and supportive. All in all it's a friendly, quiet neighborhood and I've enjoyed my time here.

I was very pleased with Ralph work he repaired the front door the patio screen he also fixed the patio door while he was there. He also fixed the dryer and for the work he done it didn,t take that long and excellent job I would recommend him any time. Very trust worthy in the apt. thank you very much.

Ashley acted like she never met me even with me going there 3 times to drop off and sign paperwork. I left my birth certificate and social security card in her office and she didn't even call to let me know. I had to leave message after message sent a few email until I finally got ahold of her to confirm I did leave them there and she just said yes I filed it away with your application. already told I was
