“Our group of 8 went for a walk around town and we ended up at Mountain Poppy for a drink. Leza was wonderful! The place looks to be just a “wine bar” but is also a two story gift shop, and they also had beer which was what most of our group drank. Make sure to stop by and visit on your next trip!”
“Oh my gosh what a wonderful place everywhere you look there is some thing to look at. There is so many things and a wide variety from jewelry to house decor. Almost every type of an animal you can think of. Candles, napkins, cork holders, charms, flowers, pots and so much more and the lady at the cash register was so very nice.”

“We stopped by here today. I'm going to be honest in that I don't have a need for a smoke shop. My partner does though, and it costs a lot of money. So it made me happy to hear that they had very reasonable pricing, and even went so far to cut him a better deal. It's great when places take care of their customers”
“We stopped in while waiting for our table at a nearby restaurant. I'm definitely glad we did. They have so many unique items, not just your normal t-shirt shop (although they have those too).Fun stickers, Bigfoot merchandise, retro games, sweatshirts, socks, and even fudge. The wife liked the area with the shakra candles, etc. Prices for most items seemed fair but some things were more than what I wanted to pay but just my opinion.It's a somewhat resort town so prices will always be a bit higher anyway but the quality for most things was good. Not just a low quality gift shop, would stop again.”
“$$Visiting my brother in Golden CO, and he brought us to this small diner up in Coal Creek Canyon. Wondervu Cafe had indoor and outdoor seating and a very nice staff. The food was served hot and, as you can see from the photo, there was plenty of it. Parking was not a problem 11am, but we were not there during the breakfast rush.Open and airy, it was clean with solid wood tables and chairs. It was a really nice place to hang out for a meal... celebrating our family outing with a mimosa”
