“Dropped by for ice, snacks and water. Sweetest woman was working. She offered to fill my gallon container of water Vs having to buy a bunch of small bottles. I thought that was great.”

“My son needed to use the potty on the way up the mountains. Made a pit stop here. Probably not a good idea to park at the pump unless you are getting gas. It was like one way in and one way out due to the limited spacing. Not sure if it was because of the shoveled snow, or not. The restroom was mostly clean. They have warm foods which I could not convince my son to get but he did get an Slurpee. I got a Powerade fountain drink which was much needed from the lack of hydration on that exhausting vacation.”
“This is a useful and necessary place along the Peak to Peak highway, in between Black Hawk proper and Nederland. Sure, it's just a gas station and convenience store, but if you live up here and don't want to drive far, it's essential! They have a solid snack selection and even a small amount of refrigerated food, like eggs. Need ice or propane? They do their best to keep those things in stock! Gas exists, of course, as well as a small freezer of ice cream.They used to have a bigger freezer, but it appears to have died and not been replaced. That's a shame, I wish they would do that. Otherwise, we just need this place and I'm glad it exists.”

“I will always appreciate a convenient store with a sink available for customers to use. We have a set of two year old twins and we travel a lot. Convenient stores are helpful spots for families.This location had a smiling staff member who spoke politely. The design and layout is useful and easy to navigate. The restroom was clean. No long lines for the restroom. Parking is available.This location is adjacent to McDonald's which is convenient. The location is in a very helpful spot. Close to Interstate 70.”
