This was the worst loan experience and I am not sure why this company has so many good reviews. The underwriting is terrible and they lied the whole time about how approved the people were who bought my house. At the very last minute literally an hour before the borrowers couldn’t qualify. They lied to me and my realtor throughout the entire process. The house had solar on there and they didn’t complete the transfer and let me know this an hour before closing. I was completely black mailed into signing a seller concession in threats of being sued for not proceeding.This isn’t good business and they don’t qualify people properly. 3 borrowers on a loan and they couldn’t qualify with the solar payment of $113 which wasn’t even a lease it was actual the utility bill for electricity. My recommendation is to go somewhere that knows how to underwrite loans and doesn’t scam people at the last minute.

Giuseppe and his team (Ryan and Kayla) are the best. He was available for us at all hours even with us living in a different time zone. We have bought other homes, but we were the best educated in purchasing this home with Giuseppe‘s help. We moved cross country in a pandemic leading to some unnecessary stress. Giuseppe kindly sent a book on moving for our kids when we were having a hard time leaving our friends. We would recommend Giuseppe a million times over. He was great with getting us the best rate and made home buying very personal and not feel like just some transaction.
