Terrible service, I made an appointment for 9:30 in the morning, I arrived at 9:20 on September 5, 2023 and a person came up to see what I needed, I told him that I had an appointment at 9:30 and he answered that I allowed him a moment, 25 (9:45 a.m.) minutes passed before the same person approached him again and I told him that I had to go to work that I didn't understand why make an appointment if they were going to keep me waiting as long as they needed. they want and once seeing my discomfort I called a certain Amy with light skin and glasses and the lady seemed like she was coming from her rest because she came with her mouth full when the bank had just opened, terrible service

Unfortunately this is the bank I have to use for work. Every single time I've come through, Melissa has made my experience excruciating. Very rude. She's always throwing in snarky little comments as well, which are uncalled for and unprofessional. Very disappointing every single time I have had to interact with her. Sad. Everyone else is amazing :) she could learn some from her coworkers about customer service.

This is ridiculous. I went in for a simple name change. I waited 30 minutes and then a woman, who I'm assuming is a manager of some kind (her name is Amy, I don't know her title), came to help me. I waited ten minutes as she tried to log into her computer, as she could not remember her password. Meanwhile, she would ask me personal questions and tell me about her personal life. She got her password wrong so many times that the computer locked her out, it was clear she was on something, what I'm assuming is pills of some kind. She says "Do you have time to wait while I call down to get my password reset?" No I don't, I just spent 45 minutes waiting while I could have been driving to the springs. I said "Is there someone else who can help me, because your computer is obviously locked." She slurs, "No it has to be a manager, I recommend making an appointment. You can also call the 1-800 number on the back of your card" I said "For a name change?? Absolutely not, I have to show ID and documentation that I am who I say I am!" like ?????? how about you come to work sober and not waste time. I've such great experiences at this branch until today, I am shocked and extremely annoyed!

This Wells Fargo location makes the neighborhood look bad. They have got weeds all over and the grass is dead! You would think Wells Fargo of all places would have the funds to maintain the property.

Update: Wells Fargo "Executive" Complaint Dept asked me to email them. I did. While I'm traveling in ND, they left two voice messages giving me a 17 digit case number which is required; imagine trying to write that down driving in a rental car. Lol! By the time I returned their call 3 days later it was marked, "Resolved," without ever speaking to me. Wow they are messed up. Clearly do not want to actually resolve serious complaints. My advice to others: Customers BEWARE. Prospective customers GO ELSEWHERE. Shareholders RUN!My small business experience was the following: Booked an appointment online for the only time slot available 4:30p. Upon arrival I said I had an appointment, I was told, "Yeah well I'll have to see if I have anybody who can help you today," not rude or anything but like it's like ummm, okay? lol. The person who sent the wires I felt was more focused on chatting me up. The next day that person called to tell me none of the wires went through because a step was missed. This person was not properly trained it turns out. Another branch fixed it up and waived the fee's, the next day, luckily I did not miss my deadline.

I scheduled an appointment online and I was placed with Namrata. I was accompanied by my husband, a baby, & 2 small children for the appointment. Namrata was so kind and helpful! She was straight to the point and also gave very useful advice. When I needed help with something on a separate occasion she quickly returned my call and was eager to help. Even though she has such a busy schedule she was able to make time for me and some time sensitive paperwork. I highly recommend Namrata if you have to make an appointment or need any help at this location!

Mariah is respectful
