This is Lisa. I had the pleasure of meeting with branch manager Rayleen and teller Latrenda today. Both were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Latrenda has helped me a few times, and she is always in a great mood and very outgoing and sweet.

This is the 3rd Wells Fargo I've driven to today, all with ATMs that don't work or can't take deposits. The purpose of a bank is to put our money in it. If you can't do that, then just flag it as closed permanently on Google so your customers go to the correct locations.

This is one of the worst Wells Fargo banks I’ve been to! One of the worst employees is Preston (branch manager) he has no respect and has shown racism with his actions, denying service and giving false information. I’ve seen more reviews and I can tell im not the only one who has been harassed by Preston hopefully Wells Fargo takes action and solves this problem.

The rudest and RACISIT employe ever named PRESTON the branch manager my mother the owner of a small bussines across the road she went to make a few deposits on MAY Tuesday 30 she has went inside the bank to make her deposit she was waiting in line she let the person behind her go next since my mother had to make a few deposits this young lady was available to help my mother to make her deposits then PRESTON camed up to them he told my mother that she couldn’t make more than 4 deposit we were confused because we have been their clients for 20 years and we have made more than 4 deposits he was doubting that my mother was not the owner because she was a Mexican woman he was discriminating her he had raised his voice and keep insisting that she couldn’t make more then 4 deposits and that she wasn’t the owner that he had apparently talked to the real owners that we couldn’t make more then 4 deposit but my mother is the owner it was terrible she went to speak to the supervisor RAYLEEN PEDROZA and she told us that we can make more than 4 deposit. We are really DISAPPOINTED AND CONCERNED because we always go to that bank and we fear to get treated like that again by PRESTON we would like to contact the owner ASAP !

Does the bare minimum. I’ve been a member of this bank for many years and they have significantly gone down hill. Please, find another bank.

Original: 1 starDescription: ATM is closedEdit: I originally made this review in the morning a little irritated as one of the entrance ways into the bank is horrible as the speed bumps are not painted and I ended up hitting one pretty hard just to find out after pulling into the Drive Thru ATM just to see it closed. It would be nice if there was a sign before you pull into the entrance way for the drive thru stating it was closed since when you exit from the drive thru section you need to drive through the road that doesn’t have the speed bumps painted and there are also massive potholes there so I wasn’t the happiest when I had to drive through that road twice.

One of the worst financial decisions I’ve ever made was walking into Wells Fargo and trusting them in thinking they were trying to help. They are profiteers of dishonest gain, every employee shares the guilt of what they continue to do to fellow members of the community.

My wife, who runs a highly successful dental practice had been banking with Wells Fargo for quite some time. I myself help dental practices open and expand their footprint. Part of the work I do involves referring dentists to lenders for practice financing. I had heard that Kenton Murphy, who runs their practice finance division was someone I should consider recommending clients to. Another company I own was being pursued by Wells Fargo's wealth management division for an events partnership. I considered a cosponsored event in exchange for an introduction to Kenton Murphy. Kenton sent me an email and set up a meeting, however he also included a competitor on the email with a similar name. I thought this was strange so I called him to ask a few questions about what his intentions were. Kenton Murphy immediately started to berate me, telling me he doesn't need me or my clients and he's loyal to my competitor. I was left speechless by how unprofessional this came across as. What kind of lender doesn't take new clients because they haven't met the person who's introducing them? I have been in the same business for 8 years and this was truly an exceptionally bizarre and disrespectful conversation. He obviously didn't realize the connection between myself and my wife's dental practice that was being banked with Wells. I complained to Wells Fargo's management and the wealth team folks who introduced me to Kenton Murphy and was apologized to only by wealth management team, however not by Kenton Murphy himself or his manager. After that we decided to pull our accounts, which contained a substantial amount of money including revolving accounts that would push us into a larger business category. We noticed something as we were pulling accounts...there were 7 extra accounts that were opened under our personal and business accounts that we hadn't authorized! No explanation was ever given by anyone at the institution. Kenton Murphy's demeanor was beyond disrespectful, though I can't help but feel that Wells Fargo fostered much of his abhorrent behavior. I hope this is read by Kenton and anyone he has to answer to. Their loss of our business is like spilling a single drop of water out of a tanker sized bucket. Maybe other folks in the business community who have had a bad experience with Kenton, or some other like minded/overly entitled Wells Fargo lender will read this too and come to realize they can do much better than dealing with the warped ways of this institution.

Not sure why they have such low ratings. Went in today and our teller was a delight. She had to do a little extra work for me and she was a joy. Everyone seamed in good moods even at the end of day.

Fees, fees and more fees. In my opinion and observation, Wells Fargo manipulates the order that transactions post to your account in order to maximize fees that you may incur. They have been sued for this in the past, multiple times, have lost, and paid hundreds of millions of dollars in penalties, and continue the conduct because they make more money on the fees than the legal penalties cost them.
