I would give zero stars if I could. I don’t see how this company is ethical. Medications meant to kept people alive they will take over 14 BUSINESS days to reviews with a PA and “expedited” Medications I’ve been on for years they stopped covering with no changes or reason to. I’m so upset our health plan switched to welldyne. They are by far the worst insurance I have ever dealt with. As long as you don’t need medications I’m sure it’s a cheapOption for health insurance. If you need/ rely on important medications.. don’t expect them to give it to you. Do better welldyne.

HOW IS THIS PLACE IN BUSINESS??? Going on WEEK 3 with no meds-waiting for a pre-auth- Ive phoned every day, asked to expedite, nothing but run around and excuses. RIDICULOUS.

Over a month trying to get my specialty meds with zero luck. They refuse to take my copay assistance card. The hold time is easily an hour or more for every call. Then when they answer they are hateful and no help at all. Don’t recommend.

This pharmacy is hell bent on killing me. I have been fighting with them for 2 weeks to meds refilled that are intended to keep me alive. Now going through medication withdraw, feeling sick and for the first time since my dx scared. Thank god my job is offering another insurance provider the first of the year. This pharmacy should be shut down.

WellDyne is the WORST possible insurance anyone can have. They lie through their teeth, give customers a total run around, disconnect phone calls and don't call the customer back. They NEVER approve a necessary prescription that has been prescribed by a doctor and requires prior authorization. A person could be dead before they get their required prescription. WellDyne is a total joke. Stay away from them at ALL costs. The DO NOT even deserve one star!!!! They need to be put out of business!!!

Welldyne is absolute WORST company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM EVER under any circumstance unless they are the last possible option. They LIE to their customers, disconnect from calls inquiring about coverage and make no effort to reconnect with the insured. NOTHING they told me was true and made absolutely no apology for lying to me. I got the complete run around regarding the help I needed and was told by my pharmacy that I was not the only one who had been treated that way. It took numerous phone calls to get the issue resolved. When an insured person needs a medicine they should get help and not lies and more frustration. They require preauthorization on most medicines that may even remotely be a newer drug or specialty one. Mort preauthorizations are DENIED. A patient should NOT have to fight so hard to get one that their doctor has deemed necessary. It causes even more stress on patients who need their meds. I am strongly thinking of adding onto my will and /or medical power of attorney to SUE Welldyne if my death were remotely connected to not getting a medicine i needed. They DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS EVER!!!!!

Absolutely the worst experience EVER. I have been required by my insurance company to use WellDyne for years. For years, it has had the WORST customer service. The online site works about 5 % of the time. It makes me reset my password EVERY time I use it and then the password works for that one time. They should be shut down. One star is actually way better than they deserve.

Welldyne irresponsibly merged the profiles of two unrelated patients and billed insurance for the wrong patient. They refused to confirm the insurance information was removed and refused to reverse the claims. The patient that got billed for someone else's medication had trouble getting her own prescriptions because of this. Instead of fixing it, Welldyne keeps playing the blame game and claiming they didn't do anything wrong. The only person that was helpful was a pharmacist that saw the names on the prescriptions didn't match the profile they were attached to.

Welldyne is the most inefficient, ineffective company with employees uninterested in helping their customers. If you have any other choice than Welldyne, choose the alternative. It was not worth the time I invested as I still didn’t receive prescriptions needed.

Worst pharmacy ever. They hung up when I complained. They only gave me half my prescription because a full one would be 93 days & I could only get 90 days. They charged me for a full prescription which means I would pay DOUBLE for my drugs.

This is the worst Prescription Company we have ever dealt with. I get phone calls telling me I need to call in to have my prescription shipped. This happens every time I have a prescription sent to them. When I do call in, the operator has NO idea why the system made me call. I have tried using the website to refill orders. I am able to put them in the cart and then all my shipping information is a gray block and the site won't load. I tried looking up a drug that I copied from their website into their search engine and it said it wasn't found. REALLY??? How is that possible? When I copied it into ******, it came right up. Customer service operators are rude and unhelpful. My husband filled out a form to allow me to speak about his prescriptions. They said he filled it out wrong and had to resubmit it. I had a copy of it and read it to them, He DID fill it out correctly, however, they insisted that I resubmit because they had discarded the original I had to spend $8 faxing in because they are in the stone ages and cannot receive anything through email or online. Also, ALL my medications are THE MOST expensive they have ever been. Thanks for NOTHING!!!!!!

This is the first time dealer with WellDyne, and it has been absolutely TERRIBLE. My doctor's office submitted my prescription to them one week ago today. I called yesterday because it still showed as "processing" as the status, and the lady on the phone told me it was being "held...because it needed some verification questions answered." My phone number and email are all on my account and I haven't heard ANYTHING from them asking for info. I answered all the questions, and the lady told me the order was sitting there waiting to go out and that it would be "over-nighted" so I would have it the next day because of the long delay. Now today, I check the status and it says "ready to ship". I called back, a different lady now tells me "it's in the final stages and should ship within a few days". WHAT?!? It's now been 8 days and I STILL don't have my daily medication that I've been without for 4 days. I will NEVER refill with them again. USELESS!
