I was so impressed with the professionalism, maturity and teamwork of the three young men. They were informative, had a great attitude and found that they worked as an amazing team.I had to laugh because these highly intelligent young men still kept a great attitude when their mouse no longer worked on their computer. Came in to clean my charging port and i left with a unresponsive phone on the corner sides of the screen. they said they’ll fix it, broke the back of my phone, repaired it, still kinda unresponsive, it doesn’t feel the same after i left the repair. and weirdly enough asked for my password which i’m seeing not even apple asks for it?.

I thought the technicians were very quick at fixing my battery and screen. However, right before I left my phone with them they wanted to know the password to my phone and wrote it down. I didn't think too much about it at first, then as I left I felt it was a bit odd since Apple does not usually ask for a password when you leave your phone with them during repairs. When I went to pickup my phone I didn't get too much eye contact from the tech who worked on my phone. Hope my privacy wasn't compromised here. Has anyone else experienced this?

A quick repair on a dropped phone and used the $10 off coupon. Also replaced the battery at the same time. Nice option that I hadn't thought about but for sure needed with a 2+ year old phone.

The service itself was good, but the customer service? Not so much. When I went in to have the new screen put on my phone, I asked when it would be done. The gal said 3 hours. I asked her, given it was a 15 mile round trip for me to the store, if they should email me or I should call in before I returned. She said no need for that, and the phone would be done in 3 hours. I came back in 3 hours and no phone. When I explained to the new young man who was there then what I had said to the original person, and that this delay forcing me to have to come back a third time would be very inconvenient, he said, "Well, we're busy." No apologies, no concern at all for my situation, Just "We're busy." Not the way customers should be treated.
