Great Experience in this store. Lots and lots of selection and well-stocked. Would definitely come back to this location when in the area.

I purchased allergy pills yesterday and I left them in the store while checking out. Came back to purchase the pills again. Thought I'd give it a shot so I went to customer service and showed my receipt and explained what happened and the guy said as long as I believe I left them behind I could grab another box. It's only $4 but I really appreciate the excellent customer service. This store is clean and we'll organized too.

Manager Brittney needs to learn to comprehend English and Stop making up stories to cover his or her butt, whatever it is. It's sad nowadays that thes Millennials don't understand the true meaning of customer service. Their little lives consist of power trips with a manager title working at Walmart, so sad! Get a life Brittney. Because of Brittney's poor management skills, Walmart just lost my $200 sales to Target as well as all my future purchases! Target is cleaner with better service. Walmart needs to go out of business. They suck in all departments!

I have used this Walmart Supercenter in Centennial CO for 10 years and it has get worsen over the years. The last visit was my worst experience so far. My family was waiting at this casher named "Ashley" and she was extremly cheerful at this family in front of us. As soon as Ashley finished them, she shut down and grunted responses. When she scanned our items, she just moved a little bit and I even could not reach them (since we have to bag our items). My son said, "Thank you" at her then she ignored him totally. I would not think too much but she reacted this way because we were Asians. What was the difference between previous family and ours? She was such rudest and racist in my opinion. I would never Never visit this WalMart again. Personally I like WalMart on Hampden and Parker.

I have tried for the last 2 days multiple times a day to get a hold of someone regarding a lost item of mine (my wallet). I've let the phone ring for 5-10 minutes and not a single human being picks up. I had to call back again and connect to a different area in the store to try and get connected after being transferred from electronics, still no one answered after 5 minutes of ringing. 5 stars to the guy in electronics who tried transferring me and when no one answered and I called back he ran up to the front to check if my wallet was there!

I ordered delivery using their new "in home" delivery system. Order was delivered during the window given to me but only 9 of the 32 items were delivered. I immediately tried to call the store and there was no answer (at 5:00p) Ended up calling multiple times hitting each of their 5 prompts, including pharmacy. Only the pharmacy picked up but wherever she transfered me to, no one picked up again. Went to leave feedback on the order through the chat on the app, picked "call back" and when she called back, the lady tried to call the store also and still no one picked up. She gave me the phone number for the driver, called it, and the voice mailbox was not set up. This store has definitely gone downhill.

I called ahead and got a return pre-approved for an item I purchased for my kids that wasn't quite what it said it was. I called a few days ahead of time because it had been over the amount of time that return is typically accept it. I have a hell of a good reason for not getting it back to then in time though and from my understanding it is usually up to the manager on duty whether they will or won't accept a return. The reason I couldn't make it any sooner is because I had cancer. I was busy trying to beat the disease. Prior to the diagnosis there was Covid which having a husband on oxygen full time. I chose not to take the risk on my husbands life and waited until my cancer went into remission and I felt safer with Covid. But now the Manager on duty won't accept my return. Now I know it's not due to me having a lot of returns because I haven't ever returned anything at any Walmart. So I just want to say thank you for hearing me out and understanding Mrs. manager that sometimes life happens and it's a wiser choice to take care of yourself and your health than it is to make it in time for a return. Thanks for working with me.

I have been going here for two years since I live right across the street. They typically have everything I need in stock but I have never had a good experience with the customer service. The always only have one lane open so checking out always takes forever. I never go to this store if I am in a rush. Driving to the Walmart 15 minutes away and back takes about the same time as just going to this one. Also, returning things is such a hassle. It seems like half of the time their customer service desk isn't even open and the other half, their system is down so they can't even help me. I avoid this store as much as possible and I would suggest going to the target near I25 instead.

The shopping was fine, but checking out was annoying. Our food stamps card wasn't working so my man had asked the supposed "supervisor" to help and the guy must've been lazy or just tired of his job because he didn't help much. He canceled the payment and told my man to swipe the card, so he did three more times but the machine wouldn't process our card because it's a warn down card. Long story short the supposed "supervisor" said well if your card doesn't work then there isn't much we can do about it. So my man asks for the supervisor and supposedly it was the guy working tonight (10-3-22 about 10:40pm). The employee dude at the self checkout has attitude and starts arguing with my man saying he's trying to help but yet he wasn't he was just arguing saying if he wants help then hell help otherwise he can leave. Its like foo if your the supervisor then just do your job, transfer use to another register and stop arguing with the damn customers. So i just say "okay stop arguing just go do it" like foo do you get paid to argue with customers who need your help. Over here saying "if it doesn't scan then idk what to do" if he is a supervisor then yall need to train him again because he needs to chill his attitude. That foo is lucky he had his name tag covered.

This place does not have any employees that are certified forklift use. The level of workers are very low too. The worker even try to avoid talking to me, when I need to ask for someone to be call for the Garden center. Last time I need to get top soil, I had to pull arm and leg to get someone to help me bring dirt down from the shelving. I had to keep coming back to Walmart with the trailer to see if they are going to put the dirt down for I can take it. They would not even set up a time when they will put the pallet down for I don't have to keep coming back to see if they can put it down. Why do I have to provided so much emotional effort? Ps They still have not cleaned up after the Garden Center after the last time I came. Employees keep blaming corporate, i'm not sure what's going on, but they clearly do not want my business.
