Only shop here if you have ALL DAY with NOTHING to do, because that is how long it will take you to simply pick up a prescription. And forget speaking to the pharmacy unless you come in and wait for 90 minutes in line; they openly say they don’t answer the phone because they’re busy. When you ask the manager, they act as if the pharmacy tells them what’s gonna happen. Asinine.

This is a poorly, poorly run, Walgreens. I called today regarding a prescription and needed to speak to someone in the pharmacy to review the claim. I waited 50 minutes and still no answer. I then called the store on my other cell phone and spoke to the manager. He advised the pharmacy is not answering the phones today because they are soooo busy. How pathetic is that !!!!!

Horrible! Pharmacy just closed. Period. They probably pay more for attorneys than pharmacists. If you have Rx filled unable to transfer to another location and must pay out of pocket.

Attempted to do the right thing and bring old meds back to the pharmacy. They told me to drive all the way to S. Littleton. Like I dont know theres 2 trash cans outside. Way to thwart an effort to do good...

They close early for no reason. Posted hours on the door and online was open till 10pm, doors were locked before 9:30.Lazy.

This location was getting better, but now things have regressed back to where it was back in 2021 and early 2022. Was in the store just last week and half the store shelves were empty and it appeared it was on the verge of being closed. Unfortunately, our insurance uses Walgreens, so we are stuck. Might have to drive a bit further to another Walgreens but not holding my breath another store would be better in service.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. The pharmacists are unprofessional and completely unqualified. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. They won't help you, they'll act indifferent and insult you.

Just randomly closed pharmacy. Not the pharmacy staff's fault that Walgreens can't figure out how to properly staff a pharmacy despite so many years of trying.

Some of the most kind individuals. Talk about persevering even when weathering your own storm. They are understaffed and underpaid and yet they always greet w a smile and try their best to help. Don’t forget they are at the mercy of your ordering physician and on any given day thousands of prescriptions behind because people who don’t work with the customers make the rules. Patience is a virtue, try and be kind.

I really wish I could give 0 stars for this store. I have had multiple bad experiences with the pharmacy (picking up prescriptions and especially with getting vaccines) and every pick up order has been significantly delayed, missing items, and awful customer service. Can we please get some drugstore competition in this area so customers have better options?

When I arrived to get my prescription, I was notified that Julie the "pharmacist" allowed my old provider to call and cancel a prescription my new provider submitted. The kicker, my old provider NEVER sent in my prescription! I wasn't aware a pharmacist was allowed to cancel federally regulated prescriptions at the request of 1 provider that completely separate from the provider who submitted the prescription, and that is outside of their own network/practice?! Seems like a HUGE misstep to me.

The pharmacy is just horrible. I’ve never had such consistently poor service because they never have enough people to meet demand. The line is always painfully long and slow, and 9 times out of 10 there’s a problem. The phone system is barely functioning and getting to a person is a small miracle. I’ll be moving our prescriptions somewhere else. The photo department has bad and non-working equipment so that’s a disaster too. They offer valuable services so it would be nice if they had everything needed to help customers. I’m sad they are just such a bad store at this point. Not worth the frustrations.

My credit card number was stolen by an employee at this store and items were ordered from Best buy and sent to another Walgreens where the thief picked the items up.

Customer service in the pharmacy is terrible. I’ve never experienced service that is so slow in my life. It took 10 minutes to be recognized at the drive up window, all the while, I was watching the inefficiencies of a poorly managed department. If you like waiting 45 minutes for a simple prescription pick-up, this is the place for you.

I'm not sure why I've gone here for this long, despite it being nearby. I've wasted a dozen trips because a prescription was said to be filled when it wasn't, sometimes more than once. I've been hung up on by pharmacists (I am normally very polite), and even my insurance supervisor noted how rude the pharmacists were over the phone. Try King Soopers to the south.
