Absolutely worthless. Been trying to fill a prescription for 3 weeks now, and each time they tell me it's been delayed because the med is out of stock. I called and spoke to a human finally and was informed that Walgreens cannot get that certain med at all, asked why they just didn't tell me that from the beginning and why they kept saying it was delayed, they had no answer. Been to a lot of worthless pharmacies in the last few years but Walgreens takes the cake for being the absolute worst. You're better off getting your meds from a street dealer than dealing with these idiots.

Not sure why I keep giving Walgreens pharmacy a chance. Every single one sucks. This one is just down the street from work so gave them a go. Doctor called in script around 11am so I go in a 1:30 and think it’ll be filled. Nope. They even ask if I need it today as I stand at their window wanting it.I come back at 6pm. Drive thru window in closed. I go inside and there’s 8 people in line. I guess the pharmacy just doesn’t make money and not worth giving good service.

PATHETIC MEDIOCRE pharmacy techs. Always all so unpleasant & the lowest of the lowest people- most recent yesterday (01/10/24) when picking up prescription, guy with red hair in ponytail and glasses looking like a lunatic was extremely unpleasant cutting me off when asking a question about my discount instead of listening first. Talk about no customer service. Should all be retrained or honestly fired! Not sure who’s the other moron that would hire these street looking circus clowns.

LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If I could give this place negative stars I would. This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my entire life. I understand there is a shortage of some controlled substances, but the way that they handle it is unacceptable. They are contradictory, uncommunicative and uncooperative. They don’t try to help you solve a problem they just say sorry not our problem call your doctor, call your insurance, we can’t do anything to help you. I have waited for an hour in line only to be told “Sorry can’t help you.” For people that work in the healthcare industry, you would think they’d have a little bit compassion. Even my doctors office has said this pharmacy is the absolute worst. Not to mention if you were waiting in the drive-through the entire staff will continue to walk past you and not even acknowledge your presence. I understand that they are busy, but ignoring customers is unacceptable.

Definitely a drop in quality of service on providing vaccines. I showed up for a scheduled appointment they decided to cancel appointments on that day - without any notice! Either don’t take appointments you cannot fulfill or cancel appointments when staff is unavailable. We know that Walgreens has a robust scheduling system and it would have probably taken an employee 2 minutes to cancel the scheduled appointments, but apparently they couldn’t be bothered with it.

Stay away from this place. I almost never give a negative review. This pharmacy is almost impossible to work with. They are rude and could careless about getting your script filed in a reasonable time. My doctor just sent my script here on accident. That was a major mistake. I had her move it back to my regular pharmacy.

Horrible, horrible pharmacy. Inaccurate pill counts and mixes different doses of pills in the same bottle. Filthy outside the store. Should be shut down.

Rude customer service and poorly managed. I have a very negative experience the last two years at two different locations. If you ever need anything, I would explore all other options before asking anyone at Walgreens for help. Do better, Walgreens.

My husband had an appointment for a Covid Vaccination. The pharmacy staff was rude after my husband waited 45 minutes after his appointment time and asked how long it would take. He was told they were busy. He finally got the vaccination that took less than a minute.

The guy working at the pharmacy was very rude as I was trying to show him the discount card for the prescription. Was very snarky and rolled his eyes at me.

Frances is a horrible manager. Always seeming so frantic and like any little thing a customer needs is an inconvenience in her life. Clearly doesn’t understand chime upload limits. Which btw is $1000 per day and up to $10,000 per month. But I guess I can’t do two uploads even though I’ve done it here at this location every month. I suppose sitting there having to scan your little barcode is too much and now I’m driving to a whole other Walgreens. Thanks Frances. Horrible customer service.

I had an e-script sent to this pharmacy at noon. I called the automated line after my surgery at 430 to check the status. At 430 I was told it was in process and I would receive a call when it was ready. I called again at 6 and was told it was still in process and would be done by 7. I arrived at 7 and was told it would be 30 - 60 more minutes. The pharmacy tech then proceeded to tell me " You should come work here if you have a problem with our service" This was absolutely insensitive and out of line. I am appalled that a healthcare employee would talk this way to a patient. This is unacceptable. Zero stars. DO NOT COME HERE for prescriptions.
