This rude old lady saw me putting some chocolates in my hoodie pocket and assumed I was stealing. I have a broken arm and i was using it to carry cause my other arm was full and i told her but then she proceeded to tell me "all you youngsters are theifs" and when I handed her 15 dollars in change she said "Are you going to count that or just make me count it" and after handing me my change, she yelled at me to get out of her building. Not to mention the kid that was in line after me was rudely asked to empty his pockets as well.

Absolutely rude and horrible service from Head Pharmacist who said I was wasting his time checking if he actually had stock of a drug...which was said to be out of stock nationwide. It was for a script that was very needed urgently for extreme pain management this very night. I was JUST double checking since King Soopers was out of it! I was not talking about the Script from the Dr., I was talking about the physical presence of stock of the item in the store, but he just kept cutting me off! Never again will I fill it here. Go elsewhere if you can, there are more places to fill your meds than this place, why put up with such horrible treatment???

Pharmacists and techs have always been professional and pleasant but this location is SO short staffed. Have been sitting on hold for a medication for my child for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Beginning to think they don't even have enough people to answer the phones??

GO ELSEWHERE, THIS WALGRENS LOCATION DOES NOTHING RIGHT

This pharmacy is okay in person, but terrible on the phone. I will almost always get an error with my prescription "delayed - reviewing insurance no action required". I usually would call because nothing changed (on average 45 mins on hold) and they would say, oh you should be good now and would resolve the issue immediately. My husband and I have had to call several times in the last two weeks and had to wait 1.5 hours each time. Today - two hours on hold. Not acceptable. They even have an automated system to let you know how many people are infront of you. Initially it was "one caller ahead of you" then after an hour there was no audio letting me know how many ahead (usually this means you are the next caller). How can they only be taking two calls per hour? So infuriating. Plus I just got a notification on the app saying "Action needed, unable to fill prescription " and that i would need to call to resolve the issue. Spend another two hours on hold? No thanks! Really frustrating for those of us who really do need access to our medications.

If you're trying to get a vaccine beware- they only offer "ghost" appointments. You'll take time off work, fight traffic just to arrive and be told they NEVER had the vaccine at all!I booked an appointment online, received a confirmation and reminder email for something they NEVER had! I wasn't the only one who was there for their vaccine either. And from what their staff said this was happening at every location in the state.

Worst pharmacy ever. Take your business somewhere else. Any where else. Do not expect to get prescriptions in a timely fashion. On hold forever, nobody ever came back. And when I re called the lady acted like she had no idea who I was. I won't name nMes because that is petty, and this is business fault who obviously can't manage their stores.

If I could give zero stars, I would do it in a heartbeat. I've never been so compelled to write a raw review until today. I absolutely h@te this location. I LOATHE ENTIRELY this location. As of this writing they have Bonnie, a ginger-headed RATCHET attitude of a tech, and a manager with no cajones to address the yet another arrogant employee who NO ONE checks. My son's Rx got sent off to another location without any explanation or request by us or his doctors or ANY communication instigated by Walgreens. Field technician on a call I made to track it down kept saying "You can just go to the Smoky Hill location and they will fill it for you.", without any initiation or request by HIM to do it. I called back, second field technician says "no that's not true" and initiates transfer electronically. I get the Walgreens app notification AND email saying it was ready at this [sorry excuse of a pharmacy] location, husband goes to pick it up, Bonnie apparently tells my husband that it's not there and "we" have to call our insurance to find out the details. Understandably, my husband is upset, gets upset, let's her know it and leaves. (This is the FOURTH time we've had this circus experience with Walgreens since the beginning of this year). Bonnie calls me to say they have the Rx, but THEN has the audacity to complain to me that my husband was rude to her, kept cutting me off and hung up on me. You better believe I dropped everything and I got my @ss in the car and immediately drove right to this location, demanded to speak to the MOD because by now I had it with this BS. We march back to the pharmacy, I let the staff know she owes me an apology, to which the manager refused my request. Bonnie's entire attitude, extreme unprofessionalism, acting like gatekeeper to the meds, and trust me I want to swear up down left right, utilize all the profanity words on this review! This is the same location a while back whose employee was bashing my son's doctor from Children's Hospital because of a billing code and had the audacity to b!tch and complain LOUDLY that it was Children's Hospital's fault when 3 nurses were desperately trying to reach THIS Walgreens location for DAYS being on hold for over 45 MINUTES and no one answer their PHONES. And TRUST me, I've had 3 nurses tell me how frustrated they are to have to reach them! Utterly unprofessional, NO ONE needs them to give attitude to ANY customer for a system that is NOT WORKING. And MOD today? Laughable problem solving skills, nothing but appeasement to an arrogant employee!! Incompetent staff, ZERO customer service skills! And you better believe I already called Walgreens corporate to start a customer service ticket on all of this. It takes a LOT to get me this angry, and Walgreens did it!!

Absolutely rude pharmacy staff. You ask about a perscription your doctor sent over weeks ago and they treat you terribly and don’t help you figure out how to fill it. Don’t go here! I’ll take my business elsewhere.

What a lousy store. Home two days sick, like really sick. Visited urgent care on a Thursday morning 9:00. Rx submitted to this pharmacy. confirmed receipt by phone. Told it would be a couple of hours. Day passes, no notification, call around 4:00 to hear that it wasn’t in the system but that they did see it held at some obscure, out of state military base. Called the urgent care to resubmit. Walgreens confirmed receipt, same story, a full day goes by with the pharmacy saying they could see the scrips and that they’d be filled any minute. Day closes no Rx. Next day, angry I call the store and get the pharmacy manager who informs that, “oh no, our system has been screwed up, but our customer service reps are in remote call centers and don’t know details of each specific store” in other words the call center had no relevant information to tell me but didn’t both to even tell me that. seriously ridiculous and totally unacceptable given this is about the worst I’ve felt in years, I paid $300 for the urgent care visit and have had to mostly fight this bug without the help of Walgreens meds. The scrips are now with a different Walgreens. Fingers crossed. This store and perhaps the entire Walgreens system appear not to be what they’ve been in the past. Maybe try CVS.

Walgreens continues to swirl the drain of incompetency. Staff your pharmacy, incentivise people to want to work there. Pay a competitive wage or something...

FYI, all calls made to this specific pharmacy are automatically transferred to a random call center. You will never actually reach anyone at the location, so don't waste your time calling. They are so understaffed new policy is to simply not answer the phone. You're welcome.

This place is a joke. I made an appointment to get a rapid covid test and they had me on hold half my wait to let them know I was here.. took them 25 minutes after my scheduled time. I ended up just leaving. APPOINTMENTS ARE MADE FOR A REASON WE DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO WAIT AROUND FOR YOU TO DO YOUR JOBS

Times to access the pharmacy are insane. Even when you go in during a slow period, you'll still wait upwards of 45 minutes (and that's a conservative estimate).I finally got to the counter and they had an issue with my insurance - and told me to get it filled somewhere else, per the insurance instructions. It took me asking the right questions to find out they simply had my insurance wrong...they were going to send me elsewhere without providing ANY solutions to a mistake they themselves made.Prescriptions are often filled much later than promised and the automated reminders are worthless. You can never find what you need in the store, and asking doesn't seem to help. No one knows where anything is.Everything is also way overpriced. I'm talking candy and snacks and other non-pharmaceutical items. This place is close to me, but absolutely not convenient in any other way.

Worst walgreens ever! First they take forever to get to work they tather have personal conversations with co workers or text when there is a line inside and out and they can care less you try to get their attention and they get rude and take longer. Never coming back here again!
