This pharmacy is consistently understocked and understaffed. The parmacists/techs/assistants are helpful, but expect to get bad news after you wait 20mins to talk to them every time you visit to pick something up.It certainly seems to be more of a management/corporate problem but i can't say for sure. Wont be going back despite living down the street.

I really wish I could give 0 stars for this store. I have had multiple bad experiences with the pharmacy (picking up prescriptions and especially with getting vaccines) and every pick up order has been significantly delayed, missing items, and awful customer service. Can we please get some drugstore competition in this area so customers have better options?

Wow. Just wow. The people here try their best but corporate walgreens is a joke to under staff this place. Prescriptions are never ready on time.

When I arrived to get my prescription, I was notified that Julie the "pharmacist" allowed my old provider to call and cancel a prescription my new provider submitted. The kicker, my old provider NEVER sent in my prescription! I wasn't aware a pharmacist was allowed to cancel federally regulated prescriptions at the request of 1 provider that completely separate from the provider who submitted the prescription, and that is outside of their own network/practice?! Seems like a HUGE misstep to me.

My credit card number was stolen by an employee at this store and items were ordered from Best buy and sent to another Walgreens where the thief picked the items up.

It has been 10 years since I have used this pharmacy. It received a horrible rating from me then. I figured that after 10 years and the head pharmacist changing, it would be fine. Plus, it was the only pharmacy nearby to carry out child's medication. For THREE DAYS!! We have tried to get her meds. I submitted the prescription and was told it would be ready by 8:30 pm that same day. My husband waited in line for 25 minutes to get her meds and he got blocked. "We're closed now." I went back the next day at five and got some rude clerk at the drive in who tried to give me the wrong prescription to start. I pointed it out, then he said it needed to be approved by the doctor... hello... you have the prescription. He said this prescription needed a phone verification. Really? Then why wasn't I told that when it was dropped off? Why was I told it was ready at 8:30 the night before. He said they tried to call to verify but no one answered at my doctor's office. He said he has had to wait in lines too and "understands" our frustrations. Um.... NOT THE SAME! You waiting for a snickers bar in line and us trying for days to get a child's medication. UM NO, NOT the "same."I called dr's office this morning to follow up and no one called or left a message about her RX! So now, not only do I call BS on this pharmacy, but I say LIAR.

I initially was to have my prescription filled at the target pharmacy on county line road. Their pharmacist said she was too busy to fill my prescription. She suggested I go to Parker. I came to Walgreens. The pharmacy was rather busy but they had time for me and to fill my needed prescription for pain medicine! I was so grateful for their help and positive customer service

It’s not the workers fault but this place is chronically understaffed and unable to deliver a basic level of reasonable customer service - Corporate Walgreens, you are harming your workers and your customers, my family is only here because your Medly transfer sent me, I will not be coming here again after never getting pre-orders right in several tries. Such a serious disappointment compared to Medly/Pharmaca customer service.

I sat on hold for an hour and 40 min tonight trying to reach a human. I never got through and gave up. I'm trying to confirm that they'll fill a rx for the cancer patient I care for. Unacceptable.

Text says meds ready. Online services show no meds ready. Wait in line forever at the store and no meds ready. OR ... you are on hold forever on the phone or wait in line KNOWING your meds are ready and no one answers or the line takes forever. HORRIBLY SLOW SERVICE - messed up phone line and online sucks.
