Greg the pharmacist is a legend. He navigated the bureaucracy of my insurance with dedication and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make sure I got my medications which I greatly need. Thanks Walgreens and Greg!

I was told by the pharmacy to sue us, we can't help you or we will get to it when we get to it but it will take a long time. As a medical professional I am appalled at the level of customer service and will be contacting corporate. Deplorable and ignorant is how I would describe there staff.

This is my second rave review about this Walgreens pharmacy- i just have to praise Austin for an end of day energetic and kind assistance with something pretty complex to help me on the phone about a prescription - go Austin, appreciate you!

After being turned away at the Timberline Walgreens as it is not capably a functioning pharmacy anymore. Upon arriving at the pharmacy, there was 1 register open and the cashier informed me that I could not wait for my medication because they were going on lunch in 25 minutes for 30 minutes and then it would be for 60-90 minutes before being available for pickup. I went to have pain medication fulfilled for my wife. I drove 20 minutes to get my time wasted. Whomever is responsible should remove the Top-Knot from the cashier's hair for the dishonor and disrespect he hath shown me. Regional Manager - Get your stores inline.

The pharmacy has been messing with my medication for over a year now. I've received excuse after excuse despite going above and beyond what I should have to do as a customer. Change pharmacies now if you haven't already. Not a single person communicated with me the problem and I was met with bored silence when I corrected them. Honestly the pharmacy should be closed and the workers need to find a job they're actually capable of doing. Beyond disappointed and will be calling corporate

Waited on hold for 20mins and then get a message saying the pharmacists are going on lunch for 30mins and to call back…so I call back 30mins later, I’m on hold for 30mins, and the call is just cancelled. Awful customer service.

The ONLY reason I'm giving this store two stars is for the excellent customer service I got from one of the managers. Sean is his name and he's been working there for a few years now. He really knows his stuff. Other than that though, I don't recommend this location (or the company really) until they hire more staff and the pandemic isn't making them scramble like chickens. It seems as though their corporate slobs value the pharmacy customers more than the front ends. To that end, they're willing to have their managers work in the pharmacy for lackluster pay and there's never a manager on the sales floor. This presents not only a customer service issue, but a safety issue as well. If the front desk is on fire but the pharmacy needs help, their corporate office would rather them help the pharmacy than the front which is shameful.

The wait is lengthy but the pharmacist was very helpful. There was a snafoo with insurance and the pharmacy technician was getting frustrated but the overall result was satisfactory, although I miss the days of "old school" pharmacies.

Longer than average wait times, however due to the fact that they're giving SARS2-COVID-19 Shots I suppose some leeway should be granted. This is NOT a review of the Covid-19 vaccine [FULL STOP] period end of story. I will add that people in line do not hesitate to get in your business as if you need advice from others or go to Walgreens seeking the advice of random people whom you have no relation. I'm of the opinion that you should mind your own business as getting involved with others will absolutely never turn out well.

I'm not sure of their names but the young man and young woman working in the pharmacy on July 2nd at around 4:30pm were awesome! I was picking up a prescription and have been having issues with my insurance so I was just going to pay full price for it. These two wonderful pharm-techs found me a coupon for the prescription and I paid a quarter of the cost. The world needs more employees like them and they need to be rewarded!
