First time in this location and last one. Terrible staff! They are so unfriendly. Now I see why they have so many appointments available.I had a trouble with my sons insurance so I was trying to figure it out, but the staff didn’t help with their aptitude, I felt uncomfortable so I decided to walked out… I had to make an appointment at americas best and totally different! ?

The visit with the optometrist was good. The staff that automatically upsold the materials for my glasses was not.

I went in for my 2-year eye exam. I was strongly please with the service and the eye exam. Done with professional experience. I will return for future eye exams and glasses wear.

Had an amazing experience with my optical purchase. They took time to hunt down. My insurance confirmed that it was the best deal for me. And got me and my fiancee fitted and out of there with no complaints! Team effort was amazing!

If I could give this location ZERO stars, I would. They lack competency, communication, and customer service. They tried to charge us for the retinal scan several times in the process when it was 100% covered by insurance but failed to mention anything about the cost of the contact lens fitting before they completed that exam. This is very shady practice. I would avoid this location at all costs. I see why they had so many available appointments when other locations were booked out several weeks. THAT is a sign to go somewhere else. WORST experience ever!

I've never seen a more incompetent staff running a medical facility. If you must use Visionworks, avoid this location at all costs. The customer service here is subpar and they constantly try to charge you for fees that are covered by your insurance. I walked in today for an eye appointment at 3 pm and had to wait almost 20 minutes for the eye doctor to be available. I had to refute them on charging me for fees that were clearly covered under my insurance (confirmed by the General Manager when one of her employees struggled to read my policy). I had to REAFFIRM this to the woman administering the pre-test, who proceeded to read through my policy again as if I had not already confirmed it at the front desk. It's ridiculous that I would even have to say this once, but to say it twice shows this place is in urgent need of new management. After an exam and contact lens fitting, the man checking me out attempted to bill me once again for fees that had never been communicated before it was time for payment. While it may be true that contact lens fittings cost $42, this was never communicated in the pre-test nor the exam where I had them fitted. I was met with attitude and a dumb-founded stare when I ONCE AGAIN refuted these people on their blatant attempt at a cash-grab. I ended up leaving with only my glasses prescription, being told I would have to pay the $42 before I could access my contact prescription. I have never had to argue with a customer service team more in my life, and its ridiculous that something this serious is handled so flippantly by these incompetent employees. If you must use Visionworks for your eye-care, go to the Southlands location. I have never encountered any exorbitant fees there and the people there know how to actually do their job from proper communication to correct payments.

Tried to make appointments for myself and my children on the phone. The girl I spoke with laughed at me when I said my vision insurance was United healthcare. She claimed that was only healthcare and did not exist for vision. Ended up having her cancel my appointments - I went online and scheduled them myself. Guess what? THIRD option in the drop down for insurance was United.Ended up having this same girl help me with ordering frames (could tell by distinctive accent) and she was THE WORST. Very judgy and tried to convince me I HAD to get the anti glare… WHAT THE HECK???The exam itself was fine but wow what a hassle to actually get anything done, and super rude treatment by this one employee…

Zero stars. I'm here at 1:58 for my 2pm eye exam appt. The lady takes a gentleman ahead of me for his 2:15 appt without any explanation. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. I drove half an hour to go to this store because they had an open appt today. Very, very unprofessional. Will not go to ANY Visionworks ever again.

Do not shop at this location if VisionWorks is your only choice. Go out of your way to go to another location, to avoid having to return multiple times for sub-par customer service and they can't even get an order right.Changing employment and moving out of state in a week. Had an eye exam on 08/26. Ordered two pairs of glasses and two boxes of daily contacts through the associate Jeremy. Order came in on 09/06 and I was able to pick them up on Friday 09/09. The glasses that were ordered were incorrect, I got transition glasses when I asked for blue-light protection. Came back to return them on 09/10, they were closed, that was my fault.Came back on 09/11, they were closed in the middle of the day with a be back for lunch sign. Came back again on 09/11, returned both pairs of glasses, representative couldn't provide a receipt.Store Manager Jamie called today, could only return ~$200 of the ~$600 purchase back to my AMEX. I used split tender between my AMEX & HSA account. I do not have access to that HSA account anymore and it is closed as of 08/31. So now on top of having to visit the store 5 times for sub-par service, I now get to figure out how to get my refund back in order to get a correct pair of glasses, all while moving. Store Manager Jamie sucks.

I've had good experience with other Visionworks locations. For this one, I had an appt, but they couldn't find my insurance, even with the card I had. Because they weren't able to help me, I walked in to America's best, across the street. They found my insurance immediately and helped me with no appt.

I thoroughly enjoy the team at the centennial visionworks. They are all friendly, personable, professional, expert in their field. I feel valued as a person when I go there. Money and time well spent. Thank you team centennial.
