Village Family Practice USED to be about family, but under new ownership, they are just MONEY HUNGRY!
Used to have to get my prescription refilled every 6 months via telehealth. Now you have to go in person every 3 months, no exceptions. That makes my prescription an additional $50 EACH MONTH.
Oh and don't bother trying to get a billing issue resolved... they never call back! But don't worry, the receptionist will harass you about paying the bill you need clarification on, before she'll book your appointment. And when you are adamant about speaking to someone first, she'll accuse you of being "too poor to pay your bills".
So, yeah, I guess they are still like family... just now they are the toxic kind.

Last year review of mine was below zero for this practice however today, I received great service from PA Mallorie, assistant Taivana and lady on front, sorry I might not have correct name, think it's Roko. I didn't wait long, 1 hr total for physical. Thing is as well that this practice is now Mednow so with new boss, hopefully and good changes. All in all, I had to praise these 3 ladies. Thank you for your service today?

Bizarre practice!! Dr. Davis always late, behind & not focused. It takes you 2-3 hrs to see the provider & get out of there. The medical assistant, Flo is so rude & aggressive that you decide to keep quiet all the time, she knows it all! Chaotic & disorganized! Their staff continually changes !! It’s a mess!

I don't know where to begin from! there is a medical assistant at this practice by the name of Flo who will eat you alive if you voice your opinion or say anything that she doesn't like!! she has the attitude of knowing all!! Although she is a medical assistant, she thinks she is a provider!! I have seen her throw tantrum at the providers if they ask her to do sth extra!! The provider I always see is Dr. Davis & poor woman is totally lost & behind schedule all the time! They don't event let you to reach your provider on the phone!! buzzard practice!!

I am fortunate to have Village Family Practice as my go to Medical providers. Over the years I have seen both doctors and their wonderful PA. And feel like I am Family when I am there. Not a number and actually enjoy seeing them. The scale, not so much. Recommend highly.

Easy online check in- was called back for weight and height, on time! I saw the PA Mallory- friendly, quick informative and had me out within an hour. I was allowed to take the mask , that is required upon entry into their offices, when I was in the check up room.

She was on time, knew exactly what was going on, and was most appreciative that I was able to describe my symptoms so that we could get on with the medication. Very nice, very personable.

Mallory was great! It was nice doing a video chat since I was caring for my mom that day and I had seen Malory a week earlier.She prescribed what I needed and I’m doing much better.
