We hired another tax prep professional and received communication at the end of March that they had a medical issue and that Vikki Logan would be taking over to complete our taxes. We responded at that time and never received a call or email to confirm anything.
Well, it’s now April 12 and over the past two weeks we’ve sent multiple emails and left multiple voice messages attempting to reach Vikki and the person we hired and we’ve received absolutely zero response from anyone.
This is beyond unprofessional. I would not recommend this business and I will be attempting to escalate this issue with relevant credentialing agencies and filing complaints.
