Disappointed with the commercial you aired. Making light of a hostage situation? For shame! To have someone that has been recognized as a leader and benefactor in our community create something like that (for the sake of promotion) is absolutely unexcusable. Do better.

PLEASE READ! Due your research on this company, check public records on US Mortgages and Jordan West ******** ***************** Also, check public records on the owner, *****************************. Decide for yourself, but we are now in a legal battle over lost ******* money. I am simply trying to help my fellow Coloradans avoid the same headache we have experienced with this company. Companies pay for reviews, that's no secret. Amazon has been fined, Target has been warned, Apple has been warned by the **** Please do your due diligence before selecting this firm to represent you. Simply visit their location and due your homework 1st. There are many other trustworthy and reputable brokers out there! We are now heading to court trying to recover our $5,000 ******* money lost because US Mortgages told us and our realtor they would close our loan.A payment reporting error wasn't the only issue here. The lack of communication, lack of direction/guidance, misrepresentations, negligence, failure of fiduciary duty are the issues. Colo. Rev. ***** ********* outlines an Originator's relationship to borrower and none of these duties were upheld. We have many text messages/emails from your loan officer that tell the truth here. Your statements are blatant lies! We will post the emails, text messages and everything else so the state of Colorado can see the truth. Your loan officer never once recommended us to terminate or cancel the loan. On the email where the loan officer stated he, "is not 100% certain he can get passed the tax transcript condition" he advised us not to panic as he is working on a "solution." Truth of the matter, us mortgages was always, "working on solutions." Never once, was it recommended to go with a different loan package nor was it recommenced to terminate the current loan application. The records will be revealed! Also, our loan processor quit/was terminated in the middle of our loan which left the loan officer to fulfill those duties as well. Come to find out, every individual working on our loan has quit or was terminated. The sales manager, the loan processor and the loan officer that were a part of our loan all quit or were terminated! Coincidence??? I don't believe so! Also, I recommended to turn this claim over to the E&O insurance carrier and us mortgages refused to give their policy number or carrier name. The attorney for us mortgages told me that the owner of us mortgages didn't want to pay the deductible and that's the reason why they never turned the claim in. Facts and truth will always ***** lies and deception! The sales manager called me and personally apologized for the complete mishandling of our loan file. The manager stated, "i don't know what happened here, but this is not the way these loans are typically handled. I apologize for these issues."Text from loan officer to borrower on 7/22/2021 at 1:53pm:"you are getting my best, but i don't write the checks at the end of the day. Other people do make mistakes. Sometimes I wish they took the heat for them. It's no fun for anyone." Text from loan officer to borrower on 7/22/2021 at 5:28pm:"ironically, it's the underwriter who is supposed to be a second level of defense that has made the mistakes. That makes it harder as it's not something I can control."No accountability here from anyone at us mortgages. Just pointing fingers and placing blame on the borrower and underwriters. Do yourself a huge favor and shop for a loan elsewhere. We did and finally closed on the loan as the next loan officer was fully competent and laid out what needed to be done from the beginning.

I can't say enough about the exceptional five-star service I've received from US Mortgages. I've closed two loans with US Mortgages, and both times, the loan servicing was fast and efficient.David McKune is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating. He responds quickly to questions and requests, and is always willing to help facilitate the process. I'd never consider going with another mortgage advisor.

Absolutely Great! Thats our experience working with U.S. Mortgages on our refinance! It was our third attempt to get this done, after having tried with a couple of other firms. We worked with ************************* and we could not be more pleased. Everything from the frequency and quality of communications, to actually having been given a timeline that worked out, precisely! We will recommend U.S. Mortgages to all of our friends and family when it comes to any home financing. We felt like we were briefed on what to expect, and what to do to be confident that our financing would close according to plan. US mortgages and ************************* and his team are amazing. My financial situation was crazy and they had to jump through a lot of hoops to get me into my first condo. They were comforting and stayed calm and talked to me off the ledge so many times. They answered all of my questions and made sure that I knew what was going on at all times. I can't sing enough praises to ***** and her team at US Mortgages. Her level of customer service was second to none. She was always easy to contact and extremely responsive to all the questions we had. Our loan was not the easiest to process but they made it happen. I would definitely use them again.

** Mortgage came through in a tough time for me. I was making way less than I ever have in my job due to layoffs. My loan officer **** kept it real and got it done. He pushed the limits and not only did he get me closed, he offered a change in my insurance policies to save some money and I chose to leave my current insurance company after 35 years and saved almost $70 a month. Thanks **** and US Mortgages for the job well done. I will be referring my friends.

US Mortgage receives a 5-Star rating for providing great service with our refinancing. This is the second refinance with US Mortgage and ***************************** as our Mortgage Advisor and the entire process was professional, and proceeded exactly as we were told. ******** presented our ************* to have options, and was prompt to answer our questions and to keep us updated on the process of the loan. A great experience and I highly recommend ** Mortgage to to anyone interested in a home loan or home refinance, you will not be disappointed with the service or the money you will save.

There have been many mishap from this company . They need to train their employees . From Lost paperwork, an appraisal that I had to pay more lack of communication from their representatives. I got so disgusted @left. Now because of their mistake they will not refund me the extra $50.00 from the appraisal fee .Kyle is one rude representative.

I ended up cancelling the loan after almost 3 months of going back and forth with documentation. The loan was was supposed to be a simple VA Streamline Refinance (VA IRRRL). I have done plenty of these refinance loans and it was never 3 months long. The staff was very friendly and communicated all through out the process but the loan just took to long.
