I go into this UPS store pretty much on a weekly basis to ship out many package's. The two gals that work here are always so helpful and very kind. They both get an A+ in customer service!

We were in and out in less than a minute, doing a return. The woman who was there was very friendly.

Yes, the lines are better than the USPS. However, if you’re hoping to purchase a shipping label on location or purchase stamps, then you are completely out of luck! For whatever reason you could totally ship your UPS box, but you just can’t purchase a label there?!? How crazy is this?

Was there this morning at 8:00. No one showed up, so I left 10 minutes later. Then tried to call this afternoon, no answer. Finally took a chance and went back. Gal not friendly at all. Guess it's an imposition to be nice and do your job. I'll go elsewhere. Judging by the reviews, I'm not the only one!!

I don't know if nowadays people are forgetting customer service but I went into the store at 1:16 p m The Short little hispanic girl with black hair for whatever the reason had a stank attitude in an empty store and this is the problem me as a customer I'm not coming in an projecting my problems on to you and you think you can give me this bad energy well here's some free advice be careful we living in turbulent times you just may want to be nice because truly you never know who you fuking with beware!!!

I'd rate lower if I could. They just don't open when advertised. Been here 20 minutes past 8, posted open time. I can't trust a buisness that can't even be open as advertised, let alone do what's advertised.

If I could rate zero stars - I would. Now I know why there is never anyone in line or in this store - no matter when you go. This morning I went to this UPS Store to send package and placed the package on the scale as told prior. The lady came out of the back and said 'what do you need?' while looking at the package on the scale. I then told her I would like to send a package. She typed in some information from the box and quoted a price twice as much as the post office. With a straight face and just stared at me. She didn't try and help me ship at a lower price or any other suggestions. We are retired and on a fixed income like so many today. I said no thank you and she basically said 'whatever - have a nice day - don't let the door hit you in the backend on your way out.' I just smiled and said 'Have a good day. Thank you.' Why do people like this get hired that have to work with the public? But similar experience at Christmas when I did go ahead and pay the high prices. She was the same then. No customer service experience. She acted like she was being bothered. And doesn't care if you ship or not. I truly understand why this store gets such low ratings. Amazing still open. There are other friendlier UPS Stores to use that want and appreciate your business. And will do everything to help you.

Absolutely the worst computerized phone answering machine. Would not give me to a human operator. If I did not work for a company utilizing UPS, I would never do business with this organization!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Answering phones is a simple process.

I had a $200 Amazon return that went mysteriously missing. Never got the refund and UPS claims they never received the item.

I couldn't print my return slip and they printed and help me box the return box so it was safer. The two ladies there are super professional and customer orientated. Top Notch! Thank you.

Amazon return. I didn't have a box due to the package not having a box, came in a bag. She told me she can't take it. Sorry. And with a smart mouth "I'm pretty sure they say that in the instructions to put in a box". My next question was can I just buy a box to put it in.....she said we have none that fit without even looking to see. No apologies or nothing just let me walk out in silence. I was calm and courteous and didn't get that in return. Not sure of her name but she was working here at 12:06 of the date of this post.
