It's unfortunate to say that we are very displeased with our recent experience with Two Men and a Truck. There was a series of events that occurred to lead to this. First, our original quote was for 6-8 hours and it took 12, 12 hours for a 2,100 sq ft house and the new one was FOUR minutes away. All we requested was large furniture, and that wasn't done either as one of the guys was barely on the job for 3 days and seemed like didn't know what to do. Which is understandable, and we get being new, but we shouldn't have to "suffer" from the lack of training. Secondly there were damages that took place. A sofa that was a couple $1,000 was ruined by a busted frame (due to not listening when he was told it wouldn't fit downstairs and proceeded to try, it then got wedged, broken, and took up almost an Hour of time) a cabinet was broken not able to be repaired, and of course the standard marks and chipped door frames. We tried to be understanding and realize that accidents happen while moving, and we did the minimum insurance so we got a minimal payment for the couch. However, when we were told that our brand new carpets were not going to be taken care of/cleaned because we did not ask for the protectors (this seems like something the professional would offer) it was my final straw of being kind. We requested for them to be cleaned as there was mud all over the brand new just cleaned carpets, and they told us no. I was very surprised they didn't want to make it right especially after paying an extra 4 hours we didn't plan on. This became very disappointing and expensive quickly. If the carpets would've been taken care of we would've bypassed all other issues, but here we are. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and would in fact say steer clear unless you want your possessions ruined with no recourse or care.

I used the value flex option since I didn’t move cross country with any furniture. Value flex is where they crated my stuff and shipped via third party. I didn’t see many reviews on this service , so I wanted to write one. I had a great experience with both the teams that loaded and unloaded my boxes as well as the rep who demonstrated a ton of patience with all my questions when we were doing the estimate for the quote. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly professional and personable.Everything arrived and it arrived sooner than I expected it to. I was really impressed with the way they wrapped my Peloton too. My only regret is not stuffing the crate more! I had a tough time visualizing just how large the crate would be and I could have packed more in there. I would absolutely recommend this option to anyone not moving with a large amount of stuff.

I had a fairly difficult move this week and Tom & Hector were great to work with. They took their time with the biggest pieces of furniture and had to navigate a frustrating stairwell with two bends in it to move things out. They were patient, easy going, very professional and got it done with no damage to anything. Definitely recommend working with them.

Josh and crew were exceptional. They were extremely easy to work with as they moved the contents of a two bedroom apartment from Monument to Centennial with two stops along the way to drop off various items. They were very careful when packing and wrapping pieces of fine furniture. I would strongly recommend Two Men and and Truck to anybody contemplating a move.

They are slow in efficiency, negligent, and unprofessional. They allowed 3 TVs to be stolen, broke a couch and mirror. They opened my boxes of personal belongs and rummaged through my items. Never give them your business under any circumstances!!!

Sam, Jalon and Christian were pretty impressive. I've had trust issues with movers (friends had stuff stolen and ive had too many encounters with sketchy movers) so I already took over 50% of my house myself before calling these guys. But it was cool to see them be so professional and courteous even after I told them I'm not too worried about the remaining things getting broken or damaged and don't stress too much on it. They still treated everything like it was all priceless stuff. And they're QUICK. man are they quick. And not in a sloppy way. Good job, thanks guys.

I am a HUGE fan of Two Men and A Truck. EVERY time I have used them has been a great experience. Always responsive, do what they say, thoughtful, professional, efficient. I made a mistake in the past and tried someone else. I learned my lesson. ONLY using Two Men and a Truck from here forward!Thank you!!

Used 2 Men and a Truck for a local move in the Denver area. This move took longer than expected for the amount of items being moved. They also broke a piece of furniture due to mishandling and because of some fine print on the paperwork, it was not covered at all by their insurance. Zero reimbursement. Going through all the paperwork while on the clock at $165 an hour was frustrating, it would be much better if we could get this filled out ahead of time instead of paying for that time. Overall, the movers were friendly but I would not use their moving services again.

Loved loved loved Two Men and a Truck. Our movers, Jacob and Isaac, we’re incredibly careful, but speedy in our moving process. The office team was incredibly kind and made scheduling super easy. I would most definitely use their services again.

Extremely disappointed in our move team. Many items were not protected with blankets and wrap as I was told they would be! They tried to take short cuts and took long smoke breaks etc.I had items damaged. Movers ran out of the wrap for furniture and could care less. They got dirty hand prints on my white furniture. When they saw I noticed a completely broken leg of an expensive media center (that they did not wrap properly) Zack the mover just shook it off and said "yeah, ok, we'll file a damage report no apology or anything. I think they feel so protected by the basic insurance that they could care less about really protecting your furniture as I was told it would be. They are pathetic!! They have you sign your life away for several minutes before they begin , however, they do not even mention the extra insurance you can purchase. I guess they just expect you to read about it in the dozens of pages they send you to protect themselves. It's a TERRIBLE business model! I could go on and on about the irresponsible way they handled my move and attention to protecting my furniture on the movers behalf....Do yourself a favor....STAY CLEAR. We have had amazing movers in the past and this move was enough to NEVER use Two Men and a Truck again!

This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck for moving, and I have been impressed both times. Their rates are great, and the communication both prior and during the moving day was fantastic. Tom, Brico, and Anthony were wonderful. They were super respectful of my belongings and had me moved in no time, even with the cold temperatures.

Two Men and a Truck ALWAYS does a great job! I've used them in other states and now Colorado. Daven & Jordan were fantastic. They understood my needs and worked very diligently to achieve them. They took care with all my furniture and when my flooring is done I will request them to put it all back.
