“Stumbled across this company during an exhaustive search for a reasonably priced location that was staffed by individuals who actually know, understand, and provide real customer service.William and Mike definitely didn't let me down.The facility is easy to get to, well maintained, and exceptionally priced. If that isn't enough to get you in the door, they also combine discounts ( which I qualified for the autopay and military discounts ) in order to give you the absolute lowest possible rate they can do.the as well.BUT WAIT!! THERE'S MORE!!They also offer a truck rental for an entire day for free!! No joke!The only MINOR downside is that scheduling the rental was a bit tight (slim pickins on availability - but that just speaks to the fact that customers are flocking to this location to handle their storage needs! ), and even then, William offered to contact me if someone cancels their reservation.Way to go guys!! “Do not use the App. Check in and out in person. Christopher the GM there saved us from paying over a thousand dollars because he went above and beyond working outside business hours to help. Truck had 19k but app was saying it had 14k and a full tank. If Christopher wasn’t around to help the app would’ve just charged us the full discrepancy. Also 800 customer service number was useless. Do not use the app!”

“Great customer service but they are a little overboard on their security measures. Checking the truck back in, afterhours, you are forced to take about 15 pictures, of every specific part of the truck along with written info you must provide.
This takes only 20 minutes, but after a full day of moving, this is an annoyance, when you thought you could finally go home!
They have surveillance cameras everywhere so your car will be safe while you leave it parked there at least.
