Very solid Toyota knowledge and trustworthy people. They know what they’re doing and you can trust the work. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for so I’ll take it.

These people are awesome! Used to take my 4Runner there when I lived in East Aurora. Moved to Arvada and still take it there. Worth the drive!!!

Just like most other service shops that'll sell you more than whats needed. It definitely pays to get a few quotes and be educated on what's needed (and not needed) when it comes to routine maintenance.

Toy Car Care is the only shop I allow to work on my Tacoma and 4Runner. They're a bit more expensive, but the work gets done correctly the first time. I highly recommend them.

I brought my car to them for an oil change a couple of times. Decided that I no longer wanted to pay for oil changes when I can do it at a 3rd of the price. I go to do the oil change and I notice that my drain plug cover plate is no longer there. I call them up and the guy tells me, "only half of the vehicle we get have them." Huh oh really, he checks his notes on the car and tells me they wrote has trd skid plate since mine is a pro trim level. Doesn't say anything about my cover/plate. Had they said something to me when I first brought it to them I could have called the dealership, but since they said nothing I don't know if they lost it, or the dealership did. I'd make sure to check if you choose to get an oil change from them. If not they will tell you to go kick rocks. I won't ever be going back after that customer service.

My name is Robert K. And I’ve been taking my car to Toy Car care for 6 years now! They are kind, professional and look out for your best interest! They always take care of my Prius! They may be one of the best service centers in Colorado! I highly recommend if you own a Toyota or Lexus bring it to them for service work! Marshall the customer service representative there is fantastic, so are the others!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They can definitely try being more affable with their customers. This is a shop where customers go to get "Toyota expertise", and pay as much or more for service than at a dealership. That deserves a smile and an attitude of gratefulness for my business, neither of which was displayed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

What a disaster! Went to get the front brake pads replaced and decided to also do the rear brake pads at the same time. When we picked up the vehicle, it drove without problems. 3 days later while driving the kids to school and activities, the wife starts to hear something wobbling in the rear. The next day, the Highlander is squeaking so loud and when she puts the gear in drive, the vehicle begins to drive, but then lets out a hard knock. I call the guys at Toy Car Care and tell them it can't be driven and need to get it towed and they need to set up the tow....."well, we need to make sure it is or fault first!" is what Greg says.We get the vehicle towed over from our own tow company and sure enough, the technician didn't secure the Brake Caliper Bolts!! Holy S*!T!! Are you kidding me!?!?! You let me take this vehicle on the road with out checking to se if the bolts were secure?!?! Is there no one double checking the tech's work? This is our vehicle with two car seats and the one that my wife always drives. Unbelievable! They put the bolts back in and when we went to pick it up.....Zero, I mean not a single "I'm sorry!" or "we can''t believe this happened!". Just handed me the keys and acted like this was no big deal. Thanks Toy Car Care for really caring about your customers. You all are top notch! Really can't believe the response and will never be back!!Service: Auto brake repair

The "great': I brought my '99 4Runner to them to diagnose an issue. They did so and nailed it, so I thank them for that and the price was fair and reasonable. The "bad" ...they took 5 bolts out of my timing cover to pull back and test fuel pressure at the fuel rail and left 5 out of 6 of the bolts out. Fortunately, it isn't really critical oversight. When I asked them about it, they blew me off. I just wanted my bolts back. I wasn't mad about it.The :"could do better" - Communication - took two attempts to get them to call me back with an appt. ..and the missing bolts... call a guy back. They would have gotten a 5 star rating...I would consider using them again.
