Hello, I have had the service for almost a year and I cannot complain about it but the only thing I have had problems with is communicating with customer service in Spanish, there is no one to solve what I need

Been with ting for a year now. I honestly feel that ting is not who they used to be and no longer any different than comcast. Over the past few months here in Colorado, we have had several major outages, and then since November 2023, been experiencing issues with our rented Amazon eero system through ting. Ting contradicts what Amazon eero tech support states, and as someone who does networking for a living, it’s frustrating and even more so when you’re paying for rental equipment every month vs buying my own.This morning at 5am, I woke up with no service, did a reboot with no success, I checked the coverage/internet status website which said everything was operational. Checking my eero app, it showed offline with a red light. Spoke with TJ, whom was awesome. I missed a call back, as he scheduled a service call for this morning. (Same day, and same morning service was awesome to hear it scheduled) until when I called back to give access info, I had to have someone onsite over 18. So the guy I spoke with stated he would change the time to end of day. I get a phone call back from Clint young. This guy called to inform me of an outage of service, contradicting what I was told earlier. Which didn’t make sense when tech support could connect to our modem and not the eero. I fought him confirming my service call that was already made prior to his involvement. Tried giving me a hard time about having a service call saying “needs approval” and then sends me an email confirming the morning appointment which was supposed to be moved to the afternoon. I then had to waste more time calling back to reconfirm everything and make sure my equipment was being swapped out today.Do better ting. Having too many hands in the pot and not reading up on info before follow-ups with customers can cause you to lose customers or even the RMR from equipment you rent out.

I had Ting installed a while back. I have no complaints about the performance but the customer service is awful. They told me I could get $89 a month and $100 gift card. I never received the gift card and I'm getting charged $100 a month. I called the sales line to talk to someone for the second time now and I was on hold for 45 minutes. I wouldn't recommend switching unless you're absolutely sure that you are good with the price and then you hopefully don't have issues.

The very worst...internet has been down constantly since installed and customer service is non existent, hour long hold time and unqualified reps. Probably going back to Xfinity...never had any connection issues.

I'll never become a ting customer after seeing how they treated our neighborhood. Currently we already have fiber internet in our area (our service with Century Link is great) and ting decided they needed to install there own lines into our neighborhood and charge more than I pay for the same service that already exists. So they tore up yards, sidewalks and streets to do it. I'm not there customer and never will be, but now this is what my driveway looks like because of their install on my street. Two ugly, poorly patched concrete holes. Not Ok.

We have had Ting internet for a few years now. The internet service has been fine during this time. When we first joined, the support was readily available and Ting was easy to contact. We recently had a need to contact Ting. I could not log into my account as my Authenticator app was wiped when I changed phones so I could not log into my account. Tried several times to call the support line only to get hung up on. Finally tried chat and got sent to support who never responded to chat. I now have no way to contact Ting. I guess it's time to move on since the service has gotten really bad. I could not imagine how bad the service would be if I had an outage and no way to contact them.

Solicitors for this company consistently ignore no soliciting sign. They keep saying they will add me to a no soliciting list, this list is apparently made up. Can't imagine how bad the actual service is. Oh, it's 2.5 times what I'm paying now, so there's that.

Since I can't leave ZERO stars, I'll give one.I moved, sold my house - they are ignoring my requests for a refund of the payment they automatically took from my credit card AFTER I told them i needed to cancel service.WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER - this level of idiiocrasy rivals that of Comcast Cable. I am at a loss for how to get this resolved so watch yourselves if you're thinking of going with Ting.The actual internet service was lovely - but the people skills are nonexistent.

My service has been terrible. I have to sit next to the box literally for it to work right. I have a nighthawk wifi router which works fine. I can't get ting customer service on the phone. I'm left on hold for hours. They don't respond to emails and chat is useless since im left looking at a blank screen. Im about to cancel service. Plus my grass is dead where they buried my fiber.

I lose connection multiple times when connected and lose server access multiple times a day. My modem is 15ft away from computer. CS wants me to turn off/on or run Ethernet across the floor
