“The negative reviews here are inaccurate and unfair. I've been banking at this branch for five years with nothing but great service. I've banked with almost all the huge banks, and BBVA is the best. If I need to go into this branch, I'm served professionally and efficiently. The same applies when using the drive-through. Their online banking is intuitive and simple, including depositing checks using my phone, so I don't know what issues the negative reviewer had with making his loan payments online since it is simple. During COVID-19 the branch was quick to adapt to keep customers and staff safe while maintaining a positive customer experience.The negative review criticizing the branch because they would not cash a check in the drive-through when the reviewer was not a member of the bank is ridiculous. The drive-through has multiple large signs explaining the drive-though is for account holders only and that others need to go into the bank. It isn't the bank's fault that the reviewer did not have an account and had a bad car battery. It's like going to a members-only gym, grocery store, etc. and leaving a negative review because they wouldn't let you in without a membership.”

“A huge shout out to Alberto who is a banker at this location.My adult daughter went in a yesterday to troubleshoot problems with her checking account and it turned out to be a problem with her debit card due to overuse and overcharges by her. Not only did Alberto take the time to help her understand proper use of a debit card, but he offered for her to come in today during his lunch hour so he could give her the basics on finances and budgeting. She took him up on the offer and is a better smarter person because of it. Not only is Alberto a fabulous representative of KeyBank, but he is one of the kindest most selfless people we have ever encountered. Thank you Alberto for all you have done for us. After Chase burned our relationship that we've had with them for over a decade, we have no doubt First Bank will be there for us down the road. “I scheduled an appointment online and I was placed with Namrata. I was accompanied by my husband, a baby, & 2 small children for the appointment. Namrata was so kind and helpful! She was straight to the point and also gave very useful advice. When I needed help with something on a separate occasion she quickly returned my call and was eager to help. Even though she has such a busy schedule she was able to make time for me and some time sensitive paperwork. I thought it should be quick, and I can cash tip takeout food workers. It didn't appear busy in the middle of the day, and I was not told anything about the unusually long wait for a very simple transaction. Will walk inside to the branch next time.”
