My only complaint about my 2-year-old boots was too much space over the instep. Surefoot assured me they could add plenty of foam in the tongue of their custom liners to take up this space. $770 later, they're sticking boot fitting foam on the sides of my instep because "the tongue doesn't accept much foam". What? That's all I wanted in the first place. These liners are completely useless to me. A very expensive waste of a lot of money.

Jack and Ben are the bests!! Very knowledgeable about what you need. These are custom fit boots, so you will need to get adjustments as time goes on to get them perfect. Beyond worth the price and time! Completely changed my skiing!

Sure foot is a scam!!! Got my daughter fitted for boots in 2021 for $800+ for out west vacation. She went back twice and said they were uncomfortable. They said they needed to be broken in. She hasn’t skied since because she said her boots sucked until today 2/18/24. Rented and she skied like a champ… she’s skied since she was 5. I thought she was just whining but watching her try to put her boots realized how off they were. I lost three years of skiing with my daughter. I want them out of business

[not wholly specific to this Surefoot]Unfortunately, surefoot takes advantage of people with non-standard boot needs and high levels of discomfort to sell them something “custom” - but the staff doesn’t typically have the experience (nor the boot options) to provide a high quality custom boot fit. True here and at other locations.Limited post-purchase support means you can get stuck with a $1850 boot that sits on your shelf (plus the cost for the ADDITIONAL pair of boots you’ll buy when these don’t work).Taking up my case with support directly, been a nightmare.

Mike at Surefoot Denver is extremely, knowledgeable, helpful and professional!I originally came in to the Centennial store to get my ski boots dialed-in that were originally fitted in the Vail store. Mike diagnosed what modifications were needed to make my boots much more comfortable and turned them around within a day. Buying a high performance boot can take some extra time to get fitting just right, and I appreciate the commitment Surefoot has to the fitting process, never feeling rushed, and the fact that any store will help you.Mike is a great asset to Surefoot and I thank you guys for the commitment to customer service - Thank you!

I took my son for a boot adjustment. Jackson’s customer service was incredible and a tribute to your organization. He took such care to make the customer feel great and to explain things. The entire experience with Surefoot has been top notch and a model for how sales and product delivery should be.

If you want to have the best ski experience possible (comfort and performance), custom liners and footbeds are non-negotiable and Surefoot is the best. These guys are super friendly, knowable, and intuitive. Whether you’re fixing an existing issue, preventing future issues, or just maximizing performance… do yourself a favor! (Not to mention beers on tap and good banter while you get dialed in)

Had a great experience here the other day. The tech Miguel really set me up for success and walked me through the whole process.Made an appointment online and was taken care of right away and on schedule. I couldn’t believe I was able to come in, get fitted, get the foam in the boots, and walk out the same day with everything I needed. They were real busy but still took great care of me and made sure I was good to go for the ski season. Shout out to Mike as well for helping send me on my way and making sure everything fit and felt great.Thank you both and if I know anyone looking for premium boots I will be sure to send them to Surefoot in Denver.

A good friend once told me, “You marry your boots, you date your skis.” This is a fact, and Surefoot is a sure-fire way to elevate your entire skiing experience.A computer generated scan of your foot allows for a custom insole unique to you, with unparalleled comfort, and performance. JP and the homies were able to dial me into a boot based off my skiing style, and it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made.I purchased the same pair for my wife, and spent the extra coin on batteries for the heated liner. Game changer. My wife stays cozy, and skis harder because of that.I also picked up a pair of touring boots from Surefoot. They were a little narrow, but they punched them out, and they fit like a dream. I know it may be pricey, but if you’re a real skier, or want to take your skiing up a notch, Surefoot has you covered.

The manager, Mike, is the man. I’ve been in and out of countless surefoot branches since getting my boots a year ago, and no one has taken the time to help triage my issues like he did. Highly recommend for top notch service and an enjoyable experience.

Overall, my experience at Surefoot was good - the person who helped me out was attentive and knowledgeable, and my customizable boots have been a game changer! I'm deducting one star because, while I personally was able to be accommodated close to my appointment time, I only grant that as a fluke since there happened to be another staff member around. Another party came in after me that had an appointment at the exact same time, and were still standing by the door 30 or 40 minutes later. After they did the foam process in my boot, I noted that there appeared to be some extra wiggling around in there. When I notified the employee that was helping me, he said I should give it a try and could always go back to another Surefoot location to get it fixed. Unfortunately it didn't get better and I ended up with shin bang the first day trying them - luckily there was another Surefoot location at the resort I was at where I was able to get it fixed, but a little disappointed given the cost. However, I'd say they're thorough and knowledgeable about their work. They are quite expensive though, and don't talk about price until they are requesting payment. But, I do love that you can go to any Surefoot for adjustments once you have made the initial investment, and will definitely come back the next time I have new ski boots.

Very uncomfortable store for a POC. I came to the store to get a second opinion on ski boot sizing. I was measure and sized but the store associate kept asking me additional questions, seemingly to ping my socio-economic status. So far as to stop mid conversation with me to ask what my girlfriend did for a living. As soon as I let him know I would most likely not purchase a boot he stopped the fitting and just waited there awkwardly until I took the boots off. I paid the $50 consultation fee and bought a pair of socks. From this experience, this store doesn't seem to be very inclusive.Surefoot has replied with: "Marc, we're very sorry to hear you had a bad experience in our store. We've spoken with the manager and he explained his reason for questioning your occupation was because you mentioned multiple times that you were entitled to pro deals. We offer pro price to full time, fully certified ski instructors and ski patrol only at the Surefoot at the ski area they are employed. He needed to know if that applied to you, to be able to grant you pro pricing."Still does not explain why he was asking my significant other about her employment. I still have not received any data that you all took that day with your machine. Data I paid for and was asure I would receive.
