Deceptive, shady, scrupulous! I feel taken advantage of, scammed.
A $19 price tag on the Shelf but actually...$24- 25 even though that is not printed or posted anywhere in the store!!
You will be charged a higher price than what is printed on the Shelf price tag with no indication of that until you get to the register or until you ask...
The employee working (maybe a manager, idk) said that they were in the process of updating all their prices and a bunch of the posted, printed on shelf prices are wrong. They're going up but they haven't gotten to all of them yet and that it's taking so long because .....?
I asked if she would honor the price on the shelf, since it's clearly there, in print. she refused. in general she had a cold attitude even prior to any of that.
This is such a dishonest, scrupulous, sleezy, shady things to do. I feel scammed...how can a customer know they're being charged honest price, not inflated number to pad someone's pocket...
there's no way for me to know that because the price I was charged was not visible or anywhere in print it all.... i so deeply regret purchasing anything at all and I never will again.
it's not like it was just one item it was like half the store! If a price is printed directly below the item, has the item name and number, then that price should be honored
At least take down the shelf price tag or honor your listed printed price! it's not consumers fault you haven't gotten to it yet.
At SalonCentric they at least take the price tag off the shelf, you can ask when you get to the register or you can have them check it but you aren't seeing a printed price and then being told/ charged up to 25% more!! I'd rather see no price listed at all then have a price significantly higher secretly
Even put up a sign on the front door stating "posted price may be inaccurate, price increase in effect, verify price prior to purchase" or something , anyting

Came to this location as the store on Littleton blvd and windermere was closed at 2 on a Saturday. The store is easy to find with lots of parking. As always the employees are friendly and knowledgeable, Nicole was working and was very helpful ( thank you). This particular state beauty supply store is a little bigger and in stock of just about everything compared to at least 5 ive recently visted, so thats nice. I would recommend this particular location to just about anyone within a 30 mile radius or more, you wont be disappointed.
