Recently purchased passport photos at this location (almost $40 for two people's photos) and was told by the county that they were not acceptable so we had to have them redone. Be careful if you are using Staples for this service an insist that the photos comply with the State Department's formatting guidelines.

Really disappointed. Ordered a print job online tried to call several times to talk about my print job and adding getting the pieces cut to the order. I could never get a hold of anyone via phone. When I picked up my print job, they said they were unable to cut my inserts into individual pieces Before I left the store and I would have to come back tomorrow . It probably would’ve taken them about five minutes to do. It was a very small order of only 25 pieces of paper. I will not be back to Staples.

I needed a medical alert document printed and laminated. It was important and it was also very easy to print. I explained what I'd like to have done and I made it simple and easy to. The older woman who does the printing and copying tried to help me. She wasn't able to help me because her covid mask was in the way and she couldn't talk or understand. Most importantly she did not know how to understand the printing optiono. She literally could not how to operate the printer or the computer. My document was very important. She was definitely unable to help. The computer functions were normally easy to use. She was literally no help. I still wasn't able to get my medical document fixed. Is that employee has to have a different job. If you see the older woman there do not use this location to print or edit a document. Go somewhere else. ...Update! It seems that each of these bad reviews are followed by a quick reply from a manager. I wonder what actually actually is the result? Is anything actually changed or addressed? Based on these other reviews including mine it appears nothing is done. I wonder what these unnamed owners actually do? I have a feeling that these unnamed unnamed owners are actually the same person. I bet they write these bogus reviews. This location sucks!

I had a bad experience with TSA PreCheck. I went there after work and got informed that one of their staff got sick and no one there can provide me a service. I understand that their staff got sick but would really appreciate if they would inform me or cancel my appointment instead of having me driving all the way there.

Rod walked by and ignored us asking for help, we had to flag him down to ask for a simple bag. Then proceeded to take our basket: and I said I that’s my cart: and he goes for what? With a snarky attitude. His body language and tone just made it seem like he didn’t want to be there, if you can’t have great customer service at an easy going staples then just figure out a different job. Such a joke for a store like that

I had a great experience with the ladies running the Print and Marketing department. I had printed 3 large signs for pickup and had accidentally not added grommets in my order. Both women helped install grommets in my signs free of charge. They went above and beyond. Thank you!

Had an appointment here for TSA precheck. Showed up 10 minutes early, and the person said they were going to go on lunch and that I'd had to wait an hour to maybe get a walk-in slot. I asked that if I am required to wait for maybe a walk-in appointment, then what is the point of an appointment. They said it wasn't their problem and walked off.. I took off work for this..

There are better Staples in town.. off of Colorado. Terrible service and really don't want to do much of anything requested in printing. Will give you 1000x reasons why they can't accommodate.

Don’t bother making a TSA Pre appointment. They don’t honor them and everyone waits in the same line whether or not they have an appointment.

I went to get some copies, customer service follow behind the copy counter, running the vacuum, finally looked at me, and said can I help you, then told me it would be 30% more for a rush job to walk across to the copy machine,three feet away and run copies off. That would’ve been alright, except he looked like he was completely disgusted and that he had better things to do. Like run the vacuum. The cashier at the front counter was busy talking to her friend, I spoke with the manager who seemed like he had better things to do than listen to me,on my way out when I asked him about it, and he eventually just walked away. It’s more than a little frustrating, I just wanted help with copies and was willing to pay for it, but they acted like it was just too much for them.I will not be back

TSA precheck is a joke. Appointments go not matter. They accept who ever is there first regardless.

Terrible experience with TSA pre check. My appointment time was not honored and the line was long. TSA website claims people with appointments have priority but that policy was not implemented at this location.

Went in for TSA precheck. Couldn't have been better. I think the guy that helped me was named Patrick. He was great. Even though there was an issue with the network, I was done in less than 10 minutes.
