Unbelievably rude service. Waited an hour just for the manager and her associate to laugh at my husband and I when we asked to do a trade in and pretended to see a crack that doesn’t exist. We had just come from the Park Meadows location where that T-Mobile associate was going to take the phone because he said there were no cracks in the screen he just didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock. Neither of the workers were apologetic and seemed to be in a bad mood taking it out on the customers, I am completely dissatisfied with this experience at this store.Update: We went back to T-Mobile Park Meadows and managers Steve and Evan accepted my phone and said that it was extremely shocking that this happened at the Centennial location. Steve confirmed that there is no crack on my phone screen and ordered me the one I wanted since they didn’t have it in stock. This store needs some serious training because it is quite obvious they don’t know how to do their jobs. This is a completely ridiculous and embarrassing representation of T-Mobile corporate stores.

The worst service I ever encountered was in this store. I told you one thing to sale the phones and the next thing you know your bill is different from what you agreed. They even put you on first responder plan without your acknowledgement in order to sale the phones.The manager she doesn't even want to interfere and solve the problem I have with the salesperson.

JP & Dimitris are amazing! Always great customer service! Always willing to help in anyway they can! I will only goto this T-Mobile store if I need something! Thanks for being so willing to always take care of a loyal T-Mobile customer!

The entire service is very bad and it takes hours to serve someone, everyone talking for hours as if they didn't care about other people, terrible service, I will never return to this store.

This is the greatest T Mobile ever. I will breakdown my experience that I had today (7/18/22). After being sent to another T-Mobile (this one), I met the manager Jaime with my grandma. She brought out an Apple Certified Repairman, named Austin. He was insanely quick at repairing my iPhone 11 Pro’s screen so that we could trade in for another phone. Then, we met Christina who helped us the rest of the way. She checked out the phone that I wanted after some trouble. Then, she applied my screen protector and case. After that, she helped me set up my iPhone 13 Pro Max and return my iPhone 11 Pro. After that she sold my grandma a T-Mobile WiFi box, which was extra. Christina was truly a savior here, and this store deserves 6 stars.

Wow Nathan, he is absolutely amazing with customer service making sure I understand every deal available and all the perks of being a tmobile customer. Definitely going back to this spot everything and seeing nate specifically. Making sure my whole family is taken care of. NATE THE GREAT!!!!

I came in because my dad lost his phone and we wanted to set him up with one of our old phones. Ethan(i hope I spelled it right?) Was super helpful! He was able to get us in and out in less than 20 minutes, mainly because I had a lot of questions lol. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer everything. He also helped us with setting up international calling on my dad's phone so he can talk to family back home!Thanks for all your help dude and I hope you can make it out to Asia someday!

JAXON Was over and above, beyond a shadow of a doubt, irrefutably, the best rep, I have ever dealt with at T-Mobile. He was patient, courteous, kind, knowledgeable, and directed me exactly where I need to go to get the most out of my cell phone. Ask for Jaxson, I would guarantee you will not be disappointed.

I wanted to reach out to you to let you know I had an issue when I moved my 4 phone lines to T Mobile. I was an AT&T customer for many years. I decided to make the change to T Mobile after I reviewed the plans and options for service.On Tuesday May 16th we came to your store on Arapahoe Drive in Centennial. We met with JP, your associate. We spoke to JP about transferring all 4 phone lines to T Mobile. We were turning in 4 IPHONE 13's (2 pro max and 2 pro). We spoke to JP about how much this would cost to move service to T Mobile. JP ran the numbers and assured us that we would not be out of pocket to move all of the phone lines to T Mobile. We asked multiple times about the cost of the trade-in's and new phones we were receiving. JP continued to reassure us that we would not be out any money to transfer service and get new phones with T Mobile. We were going to move to T Mobile with 3 of the 4 phones on that Tuesday night. My daughter lives in OK and would transfer her service later that next weekend when we were in town. We left the T Mobile store with no money paid on Tuesday night, JP even reassured us that we would not pay anything more when moving our daughters phone on that weekend. JP even stated that we would have a $550 credit on our account.His exact words. WOW I have never seen a credit that big. You won't have to pay a phone bill for a couple of months.Fast forward to Saturday morning in OKC at the T Mobile store in Moore OK. The associate working to transfer service for my daughters phone works up the deal and deactivates my daughters phone to move service. The associate then tells me that we have to pay $330 to transfer my daughter's phone over. I spoke up and stated we were told we would not have to put anything down and would have a credit on our account. The associate in Moore explains our EC and how this works. JP never explained an EC or how much in the negative we would be by trading in 4 phones and getting all new 14 max phones. We understand how the EC works now that another associate explained the process. We would have made different decisions on which phones we were buying from T Mobile if these numbers would have been explained to us on that Tuesday night. At this point we had no way of backing out of the service change. Our phones had been taken by JP in CO. JP explained to us that the phones would not be able to be given back if we changed our minds. We understood at the time on Tuesday night we were not paying anything down and we had a credit of $550. We agreed to make the changes and gave up our phone.I called and spoke to the on duty manager in CO while in the OK store. The manager in the OK store was frustrated with the CO store manager when speaking to them on the phone. The manager in the Moore store disagreed with a lot of the information we were given to by the people in the CO store. He became even more frustrated with the phone call and asked that the head manager of the store call us Monday morning to fix the situation and hung up on the CO manager after nothing was accomplished. The manager stated that she could not help me and would pass along my information to Lauren, the CO store manager, to call me on Monday.Lauren calls me on Monday afternoon to speak about the issues we had with signing up with T Mobile. I reviewed the incident with Lauren. Lauren stated that she spoke with JP and JP had in fact given us wrong information. Lauren stated that JP was not acting intentional but agreed that JP made multiple mistakes when working up this multiple phone deal. I asked Lauren to give us a credit for the $330 we had to pay upfront to get the service. She told me she could not give a credit for $330. She offered a credit for $100 dollars.I feel this mistake by your employee cost me $330 dollars out of pocket. This was something I asked multiple times to JP while working the phone deal. Each time I was reassured we would not have to pay out of pocket for the deals he presented.I was excited about switching to T Mobile but this interaction has left a sour taste

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. THE STORE MANAGER LAURA GALLO AND SALES ASSOCIATE DEMETRIUS ARE IGNORANT AND RUDE. I went in to buy a phone for my grandmother and set up service for her. We initially wanted to cancel the post paid and get her the prepaid because it was cheaper. The associate Demetrius said they could cancel the post paid account in store which they have done for me before. None the less we told Demetrius it was fine and we just wanted to purchase the phone and get the prepaid line and we would call later to the cancel the post paid. Demetrius asked for my grandmothers ID to set up the line. We gave him the ID, he repeated again that he couldn’t do the post paid cancellation after we told him that was fine and we would call the customer service line at a different time to have the number transferred. Demetrius then said that’s not what you asked initially. I told him I know and I said that’s fine. He took my grandmothers ID and shoved it back to me and told me he wouldn’t help me. Ethan another sales associate offered to help and said if he won’t help you, I will just give me a moment. I said thank you and sat down. Demetrius then came over to where me and 87 year old grandmother were sitting and said the police are on their way. You are now trespassing. Their was no reason for him to call the cops after Ethan said he would take over. The store manager had me trespassed and had me and my grandmother removed by the police. I do not recommend coming to this location. Go to the one in south lands you will get way better service and less ignorant and arrogant people. Thank you Ethan for doing what you could! To Laura Gallo and Demetrius you should be fired.

Mason K. was extremely professional in helping me migrate services. There were surprising glitches that popped up during the 2.5 hour service, but he remained calm and solved all the problems as well as getting me the best deal possible. He was engaging while working diligently. Highly recommend that he get promoted due to his high level of engagement, patience and knowledge :)

FIRST IMPRESSIONS OF THIS LOCATION IS NOTHING BUT A BAD EXPERIENCE HERECame for for a simple return on a tablet -couldn't get nobody to helpI only can recommend at&t (has my cell service) they are across the street & it ONLY provides the best service.I went here to t-mobile the only employees said to come back and talk to the manager I guess the manager's are the only ones who work hereI will see how it goes when the Manger helps me on FridayThey told me I could drive to another store ?What a joke to come here
