I've been very satisfied with my now 20 year old Mirage. I've been getting supplies and the occasional part here for many years. I try to do any maintenance and repairs on my own, but had an electrical issue I couldn't solve, so set an appointment with their service department. Bryan was great! He made the necessary repair and even followed up to make sure all was ok. Cost was very reasonable. A++

Chad Perry (Sales Manager) is a star. He has been helping me out for years. I purchased a hot tub and 6 fireplaces from him. He helped me with the New purchases, Service after the sale, Repairs, Installs, Warranty questions etc... He is responsive, and always willing to go the extra step. I would recommend him 100%

They used to be a reliable and honest company. Long time customer they wouldn’t support a lemon of a hot tub. Don’t buy a spa or fireplace here because when you need support they just refer to the manufacturer rules. They did not want to help at all not worth spending money here when they would be appreciated if they supported long time customers with respect.

Salesman misled us in thinking we received a Black Friday sale which was the everyday price as explained to us from another Spa Broker salesman. The delivery crew was exceptional. The frame was damaged at the factory which has a screw installed to keep the crack in the siding together. We ordered the spa with 220v ready but it evidently was wired for 110v. Electrical damage occurred to several motors. The salesman was notified of the problem and we never received a call back. A service person came out to check out the spa and we have not heard back from the service dept.

The purchase process went fine. We bought in early 2021 when everyone was having supply chain issues. Delivery was going to be six months BUT they had a cancellation so if we wanted we could take that delivery slot. Still three months but was better than six and the colors were OK with what we would have chosen. The signs all over the store brag about their warranty. Having it and using it we found out to be two different things. After a year of flawless operation the temperature started running away, going up to 109F and in one case, shutting down on overheat protection. I tried an electrical reset by turning off the breaker but that didn't solve anything so I called for service the day before Thanksgiving. I was told service had left for the day, leave a message and they would get back to me Friday. No call. Left another message and sent an email to the department and did get a call back finally on Saturday afternoon. I explained the problem, then the 'scheduler' asked me some questions, like how long do you run the filter cycle. I told him 2.5 hours and he said that it totally unacceptable, needs to be a least 4 hours twice a day. What bunk! Then he proceeded to say the next available appointment would be three weeks out. Facing a runaway temperature and potential shut downs in the winter or draining my tub to wait for service were my options. I found neither to be acceptable so I declined and decided to go into the store. The lady there was very nice, said she would cancel the call in the system and send a note directly to the service manager to have him call me. After two days waiting I decided to go another route and had the tub looked at by another company. To date after two more weeks that call from the manager never came. Bottom line, hope you never need service because three weeks out for a call (which you have to pay for BTW) when you have an inoperable tub in the winter just doesn't cut it.UPDATE: I did receive a call from the service manager. There was some miscommunication on his end, it wasn't clear from the message that was left that he needed to call me. We had a good discussion about my issue and resolution and to make things right he placed a credit on my account at the store. Just today I received an official response from the owner also apologizing and asking how they could make it right. It was slow coming but I feel like they went out of their way to resolve my concerns with their business, albeit after I got my service issue elsewhere.

The sales experience was wonderful. The install went okay. the reason I say okay is because it was put in place with a crane then a fella that barely spoke English tried to explain the set up and that was a disaster. The real problem started after I had the tub for three months. The Bluetooth stopped working. No problem, its a first world problem I know. But I did pay for it and I would like it to work. so I spent two months trying to call the service department. After many many many calls I gave up and called the store. They gave me Christie's number and I called her. She called me back a few times but I was on vacation and could not answer so I guess she gave up. When I got back I called many other times and no one would ever answer the phone so I decided to email. They responded right away with one of their first comments being that they have to charge me $75.00 because "I'm outside their area". There was never any mention of these kind of service charges during the purchase ort in my contract. There was no additional charge for the delivery of the tub so why would I be outside their "area", Especially for a 3 MONTH OLD hot tub!!!

My initial experience with agency was great, great staff, supplies and everything I needed for my much beloved hot tub I even bought a fire place insert that looks great and works wonderful. I’m not one of those guys who buys a hot tub just for looks, I actually use it at least 5 nights a week. However, I had to replace the cover and that’s were the nightmare of a 6 month ORDEAL began. On December 12th of LAST year I paid over $1300 for a new cover and a holder. I was told it would take 8 weeks for delivery due to “shipping delays”, that I accepted. I couldn’t use my tub because the old cover was saturated with water and to heavy to lift. Finally after 8 plus weeks my cover arrived but it was the wrong size. Much to my displeasure I was informed I would have to wait another 8 weeks for delivery once again. I was placated with a$100 in store credit. So last Monday my replacement arrived and you guessed it, it was the wrong cover AGAIN!! I was quite livid and did express my displeasure. I was informed that someone would be by today to take proper measurements to ensure all is right. But once again there’s issues. You can’t come by till Friday after 2:00pm. What’s 3 more days after 6 months of not using my hot tub. Let’s hope you can make it right this time so I can write a much different review.

I was first sold on the idea of getting a salt water spa from Caldera after owning a traditional spa for fifteen years. The salt water alternative seemed like a great idea. However, after doing some research, I came to the conclusion that salt water wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. You burn through way more cartridges than the sell you on, which drives the cost way high, and the salt residue around the spa isn’t so good for your concrete and landscaping. In the end the salt water tub just turns the salt intro chlorine anyway. So I walked into Spa Brokers and met with Brent. Brent was very transparent and helpful and I could tell that he was giving me the best deal possible. I ended up buying a Marquis Vector 94l. Due to Covid, it took a while to be delivered, but it was worth the wait. One of the jets had a flaw from the factory, and I was missing some brackets, however Brent and Phaedra replaced the jet and bracket without question and the delivery and set up was simple and easy. Spa brokers also gives you a complete starter kit. Brent even worked with me when I wanted to swap out the expensive boomerang lifter with a under mount side open cover lifter. And my kids absolutely love the volcano jet on this tub. It blasts water about 3ft up! You sure get a whole lot of value with this tub. Thank you! Jeremy B. Go see Brent, you won’t be disappointed.

Bought a gas fireplace insert to replace a very old one. Love the new insert with no doors to bother with. Spa Brokers were a pleasure to work with. Brent did a great job explaining how the insert works and the one I bought was hooked up and working so I knew pretty much what I was getting.

Today I had a very pleasant experience with Phaedra Tuttle at Spa Brokers, her customer service was above and beyond what I had expected. First time cleaning our new spa and of we had a problem. Phaedra walked us thru every step with great patience and knowledge. Saved us a service call and was very humble. Definitely would highly recommend speaking with her when you have a problem. Spa Brokers are lucky to have such a good employee.

Great experience with Spa Brokers! Chad was super knowledgeable, easy to work with and helped us make a confident buying decision without being pushy. He learned our needs and helped select the right CalSpa that was the perfect fit for us. Pricing was great and he beat every other spa dealer we spoke with in terms of getting us the tub quicker. The packages they were able to include including steps and cover given our ability to make a quick buying decision was also a nice addition. Install was also incredibly smooth, I had some worries about getting it through the gate, down a hill on a tight path and across the install team did a killer job. The electrician they recommended was phenomenal as well, he was there early and even fixed an extra outlet that wasn't working for a great price. With all the chemicals delivered, we had the spa up and running by the next morning and have enjoyed it every single day since. Thanks Spa Brokers!

We recently purchased a spa from Spa Brokers. Briana and the team at Spa Brokers were great. A few very minor issues came up, and they were very communicative and quick to resolve everything. Exceptional customer service!
